You want to join a new online business, but you want to make sure it’s a legit opportunity!
In this review, I will go over all the info you need about this company’s background, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, so you can make the best decision for you and your investment.
So, let’s get to it.
Planet Impact Review – The Company
With a corporate address in Malta, Planet Impact is lead by co-founders Aron, Stephan and Christian Steinkeller, and Oscar Dalvit; with Adrian Szumski listed as CEO.
Known in the MLM world as the Steinkeller brothers, the three gentlemen rose to prominence while promoting Organo Gold.
After Organo Gold, the three brothers went on to launch Conligus before joining OneCoin.
After leaving OneCoin, the Steinkellers were quiet for a bit before launching Planet Impact.
Planet Impact Reviews – The Products
Planet Impact;s main product is an app subscription called “Planet Impact Academy”.
A quick look at the company’s website revealed that Planet Impact Academy provides access to:
videos and illustrative and informative films … published in digital format, as well as teaching materials – including online courses and webinars – concerning ecological and environmental issues/aspects, as well as the awareness of the Clients towards them and their education to “eco-friendly” behaviors, training videos that solve problems or make everyday life easier, called “Life Hack”, always concerning the aforementioned issues.
The platform also provides Customers with an instant messaging service (“chat”), through which it is possible to interact and communicate with other users of the Academy Service.
The content included in the Planet Impact Academy is said to have been put together by Earth Alliance Foundation.
The Earth Alliance Foundation is acquiring the licenses for free from 3rd party trainers that support the foundation by sharing their knowledge, and in exchange, the Foundation provides these contributors with recognition and publicity.
The initial value of the courses contained in the platform will be over 2000€, certified, and such content and value will be expanded each month.
According to company marketing material, Earth Alliance Foundation is said to have been incorporated in Switzerland.
The founder of the EAF Foundation is Robert Bock. President of the foundation is Elia Ponti.
The foundation is … managed by an independent board, subject to all rules and regulations.
The app subscription is priced at €60 EUR a month.
People can access the service through the mobile app or the Planet Impact website.
The company also lists a “reforestation service”:
The Service – promoted and managed by the Earth Alliance Foundation, directly or indirectly, through other organizations and institutions – is aimed at favoring the reforestation and reforestation of the lands as mentioned earlier or plots of land.
There is no price list for this reforestation service.
The Planet Impact Compensation Plan
The company uses 40% of subscription fees to fund the attached compensation plan.
Commission Qualification
To qualify for commissions, Planet Impact affiliates are required to maintain €120 EUR worth of retail subscription volume per month.
Affiliates who chose to maintain the subscription themselves have a reduced €60 EUR retail subscription maintenance volume.
Planet Impact Affiliate Ranks
The Planet Impact compensation plan features 7 affiliate ranks.
Each has its own qualification criteria, which are as follows:
- Affiliate – Sign up and meet commission qualification requirements (see above)
- Ranger – Generate 60 seed points within a year
- Protector – Generate 120 seed points within a year
- Guardian – Generate 250 seed points within a year
- Champion – Generate 500 seed points within a year
- Hero – Generate 1000 seed points within a year
- Legend – Generate 2500 seed points within a year
Seed points are accumulated through subscription services purchased on levels 1 and 2 of the unilevel team.
Every time €60 EUR in sales volume is accumulated on these two levels, a reward of one seed point is earned.
The time period for seed point acquisition starts when an affiliate signs up, and it restarts every year on the affiliate’s sign-up date.
Residual Commissions
Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.
A unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places every personally sponsored affiliate right under them on level 1.
When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.
Payable unilevel team levels are capped by the company at fifteen.
Forty percent of all subscription fees that are paid by both retail customers and sponsored affiliates in the unilevel team are paid like this:
- Levels 1 and 2 – 8%
- Levels 3 and 4 – 5%
- Levels 5 and 6 – 3%
- Levels 7 to 14 – 1%
The percentages listed above are not percentages of 40%, but are percentages of the full subscription fee paid (combined the percentages paid out across 14 levels add up to 40%).
The amount of unilevel team levels an affiliate can earn residual commissions on is restricted based on rank:
- Affiliates earn on up to two unilevel team levels
- Rangers earn on up to four unilevel team levels
- Protectors earn on up to six unilevel team levels
- Guardians earn on up to eight unilevel team levels
- Champions earn on up to ten unilevel team levels
- Heroes earn on up to twelve unilevel team levels
- Legends earn on all fourteen available unilevel team levels
Planet Impact Club
The Planet Impact Club pool is funded with commissions that are earned by unqualified affiliates.
“Unqualified” means both affiliates who are not do not qualify for commissions, as well as commissions accumulated on unilevel team levels that an affiliate is not yet qualified to earn on.
2/3 of this commission volume is put into the Planet Impact Club pool.
Affiliates ranked at Ranger and higher can earn a share of the Planet Impact Club pool every month, based on the amount of seed points they have earned.
Cost to Join Planet Impact
The cost to join Planet Impact as an affiliate is €60 EUR.
Final Verdict
Alright so does the Planet Impact scam exist?
To be honest, I would hold off on this one for several months only because the Steinkellers have promoted some scams in the past…
I am not saying they haven’t changed their ways, but after promoting OneCoin, it’s hard to trust them again in my humble opinion.
So if they truly turned things around, wait several months and see how they are doing.
From there you can make the decision to join or not…
However at this time, I would definitely hold off and won’t hit our top 30 mlm companies list.
