Whether someone introduced you to 3 Phases Biz or you came across it in your searches, it is always a good idea to research a company before investing money.
By finding this blog, you have taken a step in the right direction!
In this review, I will go over the company information, its products and its compensation plan.
So let’s get right to it!
3 Phases Biz Review – The Company
I wasn’t able to find any information on the company website about who owns or operates 3 Phases Biz.
Registered on October 28th, 2016, the 3 Phases Biz website domain registration, “3phasesbiz.com”, is currently set to private.
I did find a link on the 3 Phases Biz website to a Facebook group that indicates they have three admin: Jane Smith, Bernadette Hieke Culp, and Rob Mcatamney.
Using a referral account listed simply as “admin1”, Mcatamney currently promotes 3 Phases Biz on his own Facebook profile.
It seems that he is also the owner of the company.
After a bit of research, I found that Mcatamney’s first venture into the MLM world was as the administrator of One Time Infinity in 2015.
Since then he’s launched a few other businesses, including Cash Money Bucket, 3to600, VIP Promoters Club and Simple Simon’s System; all in 2016.
Mcatamney’s last company before 3 Phases Biz was Simple Simon’s System. Launched in September, I noticed that this company website is no longer responsive.
Okay, so now we have a bit of background on the company, let’s get to the products.
3 Phases Biz Reviews – The Products
3 Phases Biz does not offer any retail products or services.
Affiliates who sign up can only market and sell the 3 Phases Biz affiliate membership.
Once an affiliate joins, they are directed to purchase a position in a matrix cycler.
With each purchased position, affiliates are given a bundle of advertising credits, which they can use to put up advertising on the 3 Phases Biz company website.
The 3 Phases Biz Compensation Plan
As I mentioned earlier, affiliates who join 3 Phases Biz must purchase positions in a 3×1 and 2×1 matrix cycler.
This allows them to participate in the company compensation plan.
What is a 2×1 matrix?
It is a compensation structure that puts an affiliate at the top of a matrix and has two positions under them to fill.
A 3×1 matrix is the same structure, but with three positions to be filled.
Once the matrix is complete, a “cycle” occurs and commissions are paid in the following manner:
- Matrix 1 (3×1 matrix, positions cost $8.50) – 50 cent commission and cycles into Matrix 2
- Matrix 2 (3×1 matrix) – no commission earned and cycles into Matrix 3
- Matrix 3 (2×1 matrix) – $30 commission and cycles into Matrix 4
- Matrix 4 (3×1 matrix) – no commission earned and cycles into Matrix 5
- Matrix 5 (2×1 matrix) – $220 commission earned and cycles into Matrix 6
- Matrix 6 (3×1 matrix) – no commission earned and cycles into Matrix 7
- Matrix 7 (2×1 matrix) – $3000 commission earned
Cost To Join 3 Phases Biz
In order to join 3 Phases Biz as an affiliate, one must purchase a membership by buying an $8.50 matrix cycler position.
3 Phases Biz Review – The Verdict
Any business that involves ad credits, a matrix and a cycler…
I would just really proceed with caution because I haven’t seen one of these businesses actually last long term…
Because they don’t have real products or services, what ends up happening is it becomes a recruiting fest into the matrix…
Once recruitment slows down, so will your commissions and within a short 2-6 months the company goes under.
Another note, Mcatamney hasn’t really been involved with the best companies in the past…
They all are very similar and short term…
There are tons of legit businesses out there to choose from, I personally don’t recommend these short term programs because it’s a pain in the ass to start all over again every 6 months…
