There has been buzz about this company so I decided to check them out to see if they are legit.

Maybe you have been approached by social media or in person and now you want to make sure it’s legit like me right?

There is no information on the actual ZID Ads website on who the leadership or ownership is behind this business.

I decided to check out the ZID Ads website domain “zidads.com” and found out it was purchased on the 26th of November, 2016, but the registration was set to private.

I jumped on Facebook and found out the official Zid Ads group started on December and is run by Ryan Walker.

Ryan Walkers account looks pretty fake with NO content on it whatsoever…

Not sure why they are trying to keep everything so secret, but let’s keep going…

ZID Ads Reviews – The Products

Looks like ZID Ads has no retail products or services, but the ability for affiliates to promote the membership.

Once you do get started, you can buy “ad packs” to take part in the business opportunity.

Every Ad pack has ad credits that can be used to advertise on the ZID Ads website….

ZID Ads Compensation Plan

In Zid Ads compensation plan, affiliates can invest $5 to $10 on a promised advertised ROI.

Ad Pack ROI Commissions

AD Pack 1 – Invest $5 and receive $6 after 10 days (Must reinvest 50%)
AD Pack 2 – Invest $10 and receive $15 after 20 days (Must reinvest 50%)
VIP AD Pack 1 – Invest $5 and receive $6 after 8 days (Must reinvest 40%)
VIP AD Pack 2 – Invest $10 and receive $15 after 16 days (Must reinvest 40%)

Recruitment Commissions

Recruitment commissions are paid out through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

If you don’t know what that is, check this out:

You
Level 1: Personally enrolled members
Level 2: Level 1’s personally enrolled members
And so on…

There are no limits on how many people you can your downline can sponsor, ZID Ads pays you three tiers in total and looks like this:

Level 1 (Personally enrolled members) – 5%
Level 2 – 3%
Level 3 – 1%

You can only withdrawal a maximum of $200 per day…

The actual affiliate membership in ZID Ads is free, but if you want to take part in the business opportunity, you must invest at least $5.

Verdict On ZID Ads

ZID Ads claims the following:

Is ZID Ads Hyip, Ponzi, Pyramid Scheme or illegal?

NO. We sell advertising services, not profits. We share our profits with those who purchase AdPack that come with directory listing and ad credits.

But the truth is, the SEC doesn’t like business opportunities like this…

Traffic Monsoon, the biggest RevShare program out there, is going through a lawsuit right now because of these ROI’s and Adpacks.

Other companies have sprung up like Traffic Hurricane for example, but once they get big enough, the SEC will noticed…

Also, there are NO refunds in this company because they use existing AdPack purchases to pay off existing members…

This is how they get their “ROI’s”.

Also you can only take out $200 per day…

Anyway, I personally don’t recommend this company…
