The domain registration was set to private so I couldn’t find out who runs the show that way.
After doing some more research, I found out the person behind this company is John Dierksmeier Quesada.

Judging by the Alexa traffic estimates, I believe it’s dead now…

It looks like when you pay $15, you get a series of advertising credits and a matrix position.
These credits can be used to display your ads on the EZAdsNet Website.
Other than that, there are no other products or services…
Alright let’s jump into the compensation plan next…
EZAdsNet Compensation Plan
Like all network marketing companies, you get paid to refer people into the business who purchases the products or packs.
In the EZAdsNet Compensation plan, you get paid through a 2×2 matrix and costs $15 per position.
If you don’t know what that looks like…
- YOU
- Level 1: 2 Spots
- Level 2: 4 spots
So in total, you have 6 spots in this 2 tier matrix plan.
There are two phases to this…
First you have to fill the 6 spots in the 2×2 matrix to get paid, then you get put in the 2×3 matrix which has 24 spots in total.
- Full 2×2 matrix pays out $60
- Full 2×3 matrix pays out $250
It seems like you get cycled back into the 2×2 matrix once you are done with the 2×3 and goes back and forth…

The actual EZAdsNet membership is free, but if you want to get paid in their compensation plan, you have to pay $15 to position yourself in their matrix.
EZAdsNet Review – The Conclusion
To be honest, it looks like Quesada doesn’t learn from this past ventures…
These matrix cyclers are never ther efor the long haul.
And like every company he has in the past, this one will suffer the same fate…
So people sign up and get into the matrix and get paid $60 or $250 in the matrix once it’s filled.
But, once this recruitment dies out, then what?
Then Quesada starts another matrix cycler LOL.
I don’t like being negative, but shouldn’t you be proud of the business opportunity you have joined?
Shouldn’t you be glad you are sharing something with others because it will better their lives?
Do you believe this would be an opportunity you can share with others because it will TRULY change their lives?
Personally, NOPE!
I wouldn’t ever promote an offer like this…
If I promote something, it better really help people…
You see it’s not ALL about the money, it’s about helping others to make money as well.
When you can help enough people, the money will just come anyway…
It’s the byproduct of serving others the right way.
