With the recent buzz I have been hearing about this company, I decided that it’s time for another review!
I always say that the best way to find out if a company is legit or not, is by researching as much as you can.
This review will provide you with the company background, as well as information on the products and compensation plan.

CoolFund Review – The Company
The first thing I noticed is that I couldn’t find any real information on the company website about who owns or operates CoolFund.
The CoolFund website domain was registered privately as “coolfund.io” on the 15th of November, 2016.
I did come across a marketing video on the CoolFund website that is hosted on a YouTube account under the name “Ronald Cruz”.
Other than this video, the account does not have any other content and seems to have been created only to promote CoolFund.
CoolFund Reviews – The Products
CoolFund does not offer any retail products or services.
Affiliates who join CoolFund can only market and sell the affiliate membership.
The CoolFund Compensation Plan
Affiliates who want to participate in the CoolFund compensation plan are required to gift bitcoin to each other through a 3×4 matrix.
A 3×4 matrix puts an affiliate at the top of a matrix that has 3 positions underneath them.
These first 3 positions make up the first level of the matrix and the second level is made by adding another 3 positions under each of the first 3, for a total of 9 positions.
Levels 3 and 4 of the matrix are made the same way and hold 27 and 81 positions.
A 3×4 matrix is complete when it holds 120 positions in total.
A CoolFund affiliate starts out by signing up and gifting 0.002 BTC to the affiliate who sponsored them.
Once this payment is made, the affiliate is qualified to receive 0.002 BTC from 2 affiliates directly or indirectly sponsored into the first level of their matrix.
Gifting payments in each of the 4 matrix level tiers look like this:
- Level 1 – Gift 0.002 BTC to the affiliate who recruited you and receive 0.002 BTC from 2 subsequently recruited affiliates
- Level 2 – Gift 0.004 BTC and receive 0.004 BTC from 4 affiliates
- Level 3 – Gift 0.02 BTC and receive 0.02 BTC from 8 affiliates
- Level 4 – Gift 0.15 BTC and receive 0.15 BTC from 16 affiliates
Cost To Join CoolFund
The cost to join CoolFund as an affiliate is a minimum gifting payment of 0.002 BTC to the affiliate who sponsored you.
In order to fully participate in the compensation plan, it will cost 0.176 BTC.

Verdict On CoolFund
The verdict is simple, anytime you hear the word gifting and compensation plan…
It’s a gifting scheme and they don’t last very long…
Normally 3-4 months at tops and the owners are always anonymous because of one thing…
They KNOW it will go under and they will just start another one under another company named and keep themselves anonymous again…
It’s a never ending circle, just don’t fall for it…
