So what got my attention?
I was actually approached by a few people already on Facebook about HashRevShare…
Well, more like SPAMMED with a link.
So I decided to investigate what it was all about…
In this blog post, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision to join or not…
Find out if Hash RevShare is legit or a ponzi scheme…
HashRevShare Review – The Company
I checked out their website and it looks like there is NO information on who actually runs the show…
I did check out the WHOIS information on their domain “hashrevshare.com” and found out it was registered April 14th, 2016 with Ruby Hoffman listed as the owner.
I also found out the address is South Yorkshire, England based.
Then I jumped on Facebook where I was spammed and found out the admins for their Facebook group is Ruby Hoffman and John Tadiosa.
I did find something interesting though…
When I checked the domain info, it said Ruby was located in England, but on Facebook it’s Barcelona, Spain…
Also the profile shows no updates since 2010 until only recently and you guessed it…
It was about the HashRevShare launch…
Not sure why so many little secrets….
Anyway, lets take a look at the product line.
HashRevShare Reviews – The Products
It looks like Hash Rev Share doesn’t have any products…
It’s another investment scheme…
You know, you put in $10 and it will give you a 120% ROI after 3 days…
Only thing you can market is the actual affiliate membership…
Sorry about the lack of information, that’s all I could find out.
Next, let’s check out the compensation plan…
HashRevShare Compensation Plan
Like I said earlier, HashRevShare doesn’t have any products but market the actual membership.
There are three plans to choose from and depending on the plan will determine the pay out.
This is what that looks like:
- Plan 1 – invest $1 and receive a 110% ROI after 10 days
- Plan 2 – invest $5 and receive a 115% ROI after 6 days
- Plan 3 – invest $10 and receive a 120% ROI after 3 days
When you sponsor people in the business, you get paid through a unilevel structure that has 5 levels.
If you don’t know what a unilevel looks like…
Check this out:
- YOU
- Level 1: Your personally enrolled members
- Level 2: Your level 1’s personally enrolled members
- Level 3: Your level 2’s personally enrolled members
- And so on

This is their payout in commissions per level:
- level 1 (personally recruited affiliates) – 5%
- level 2 – 3%
- level 3 – 2%
- levels 4 and 5 – 1%
Cost To Join HashRevShare
As long as you invent with the Plan 1 which is put in $1, you can participate in their compensation plan.

Well, the question is…
Is this company legal?
According to HashRevShare legal document, it is…
Is Hashrevshare legal?
YES it is legal. In order for any program to be legal, it is required to supply a service and/or product to you, the member!
The big problem with this scheme is…
Once the affiliate flow runs out, there won’t be any ROI’s on the payments anymore.
And it will come crashing down…
You need a REAL product or service to stay in business for the long haul.
I don’t event think this company will be with us in a year…
I guess time will tell…
Sorry I am being a little negative about this company…
But the lack of information and weird addresses of the owners doesn’t make them look good.
There are TONS of opportunities out there to choose from that are legit.
