KulaBrands Review – The Company

KulaBrands Reviews

KulaBrands is the brain child of Peter Gantner (CEO) and Doug Kyle…

Gantner has been involved in a few MLM business opportunities in the past.

  • Visalus (2008-2012)
  • Lyoness (2012-2013)

And he was shown promoting Kannaway as well…

Kyle was involved with a Fuel Matrix that reduces emissions by 50% and improves fuel economy by 20%.

That was in 2015…

That’s all the information I got on these two, let’s take a look at the product line…

KulaBrands Reviews – The Products

In KulaBrands, third party merchants can use their crowd funding platform where products and services can be marketed by their affiliates.

In a null shell, the affiliates will vote on which products pretty much gets put in production.

You pledge and pre-purchase these products.

Once a product has been deemed worthy, the product will be developed and will create a store front where affiliates can now market.

Next, let’s take a look at the compensation plan…

KulaBrands Compensation Plan

When you promote this company, you get paid commissions…

In this company, once a third party merchant decides to use their platform, they then negotiate a royalty that is paid out on the sale of each product.

Once the products are ready for production and are sold, KulaBrands gets Royalty fee’s and splits it among their affiliates.

These royalty fee’s are put in two pools, the founders pool and a band marketing pool.

  1. a Founder’s Pool
  2. a Branding-Marketing Pool and
  3. a Direct-Online Pool

They are paid out when they accumulate enough points in these pools.

Founders Pool

This is when affiliates put money for the project and by doing so they earn points here.

Branding Marketing Pool

When you promote these projects on social media, you get points in this pool.

KulaBrands tracks this with their inhouse system.

Direct Online Pool

This is the products are purchased through their storefront websites in KulaBrands and you earn points in this pool.

Cost To Join KulaBrands

As of right now, affiliates must pay $199 to get in…

Apparently this will go up in price to $299 later on…

Members who joined before March 14th paid $150…

KulaBrands Review – The Verdict

Overall KulaBrands does have an interesting concept…

Also I notice the first crowdfunding project is actually “KulaBrands”.

The affiliates who pledged money in this were promised a quarterly share of 8% which is border line securities…

Plus depending on if you pledge or not, there are risks of people inflating some numbers on projects to get approved.

Overall, I guess time will tell.

There hasn’t been many MLM companies in the past with this business model, so give it 6-8 months to see where they get…

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed my KulaBrands review and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below.

See you at the top,

KulaBrands
