There is no information on the Stack My Bits website about who owns or operates the business.

The one piece of information I did manage to find is that the Stack My Bits website domain was registered as “stackmybits.com” on the 18th of March, 2017.

The registration also lists Optimus Dale (aka Sherm Mason) as the owner with an address in Arkansas.

Sherm Mason first came on the MLM scene as the admin of Magnetic Builder.

Magnetic Builder was a $29.95 recruitment company launched in 2011.

In 2015 Mason launched at least 5 other business opportunities, which included Paradise Payments, Magnetic Gratitude, Summer Fun Matrix, 3×9 Millionaire Machine and Instant Pay Christmas.

In 2016, Mason launched four new biz ops: Elite Pay Alliance, 5 Dolla Money Lines, Adstraordinary and Cash Rally GPS.

This year Mason has already started up 3 companies that have since collapsed, which were Easy Odds, Just Got Bitcoin and 1 Big Bitcoin Team.

I reviewed 1 Big Bitcoin Team within the last month, and the collapse of the company is likely why Mason is launching Stack My Bits.

Honestly, I have NEVER seen anyone keep launching the same crap over and over again…

Stack My Bits Reviews – The Products

Stack My Bits does not offer any retail products or services to retail customers or affiliates.

Affiliates who sign up with Stack My Bits simply market the affiliate membership.

The Stack My Bits Compensation Plan

Stack My Bits affiliates who participate in the compensation plan must donate bitcoin to each other through a 2×10 matrix.

A Stack My Bits 2×10 matrix puts the affiliate at the top of a matrix that has 2 positions right underneath them.

These first 2 positions make up level one of the matrix, and level 2 is made by adding another two positions under each of the first 2, for a total of 4 positions.

Matrix levels 3 through 8 are created the same way, with every new level holding twice as many positions as the level above it.

The 9th and 10th level of the matrix increases the positions by four, meaning each level holds 2048 and 8192 positions respectively.

Once a Stack My Bits affiliate signs up, they must donate 0.002 BTC to the affiliate who sponsored them.

When this donation is made, the affiliate then qualifies for their own donations of 0.002 BTC from 2 affiliates who are sponsored into level 1 of their own matrix.

The rest of the matrix levels work the same way, with each level requiring a donation to be made before receiving the same donation yourself.

  • Level 1 – Donate 0.002 BTC to the affiliate who recruited you and receive 0.002 BTC from 2 subsequently sponsored affiliates
  • Level 2 – Donate 0.002 BTC and receive 0.002 BTC from 4 affiliates
  • Level 3 – Donate 0.004 BTC and receive 0.004 BTC from 8 affiliates
  • Levels 4 and 5 – Donate 0.002 BTC at each level and receive 0.002 BTC from 16 and 32 affiliates respectively
  • Level 6 – Donate 0.004 BTC and receive 0.004 BTC from 64 affiliates
  • Levels 7 and 8 – Donate 0.002 BTC at each level and receive 0.002 BTC from 128 and 512 affiliates respectively
  • Levels 9 and 10 – Donate 0.004 BTC at each level and receive 0.004 BTC from 2048 and 8192 affiliates respectively

Cost To Join Stack My Bits

The cost to join Stack My Bits as an affiliate is a donation of 0.002 BTC to the affiliate who sponsors you.

To fully participate in the Stack My Bits compensation plan, it will cost 0.028 BTC.

Verdict on Stack My Bits

As we have seen before, these types of MLM businesses don’t tend to last long…

Just look at the company history of the owner and operator!

Companies that rely on recruitment alone to propel the business forward tend to have an initial explosion of affiliate recruitment, which then quickly decreases shortly after…

With no real products or services to offer, the business can’t bring in retail customers who can provide repeat business…

When affiliates realize that the only way to make money is to constantly recruit…

They don’t stick around too long…

So, my advice here is to approach this company with caution…if at all…
