Ionicoin review

IoniCoin does not provide any information on their website about who owns or operates the business.

There are 3 contact points offered on the IoniCoin website in Bulgaria, Germany and the UK, but only email addresses and phone numbers are given.

The IoniCoin website domain was registered as “ionicoin.com” on the 8th of April, 2017, and lists Amsters Clark as the owner, with an address in Birmingham, UK.

I did a little more digging and found out that this address belongs to Mailboxes ETC; a company that provides virtual office mailing addresses.

Interestingly, IoniCoin claims to be a “registered investment bank”.

Ionicoin Digital Currency LTD is an investment bank registered with the number: 10718847 which was incorporated on 10 April 2017.

Ionicoin Digital Currency LTD has sic code: 64110 – Central banking.

While it is in fact true that IoniCoin Digital Currency LTD was incorporated in the UK on the 10th of April, the designated business categories of “Central banking” and “Banks” doesn’t actually meant that IoniCoin is a registered investment bank in the UK.

To be considered a registered investment bank, it would require registration with the Financial Conduct Authority.

Further research reveals that IoniCoin Digital Currency LTD is not registered with the FCA.

Amsters Clark is identified as the sole Director of IoniCoin Digital Currency LTD, and lists the same virtual mail address in Birmingham.

Other than the company’s incorporation documents, there is no other information about Amsters Clark.

The company website is hosted in Romania, which is south of Bulgaria.

IoniCoin Reviews – The Products

IoniCoin does not have any retail products or services to offer affiliates or retail customers.

Affiliates who sign up with IoniCoin can only market the affiliate membership.

The IoniCoin Compensation Plan

IoniCoin affiliates looking to take part in the company compensation plan must invest up to $10,000 for a daily ROI:

Initiate – Invest $100 and receive a 0.5% daily ROI for 220 days (110%)
Basic – Invest $500 and receive a 0.5% daily ROI for 220 days (110%)
Advanced – Invest $1000 and receive a 0.9% daily ROI for 220 days (198%)
Professional – Invest $2000 and receive a 1% daily ROI for 220 days (220%)
Expert – Invest $3000 and receive a 1% daily ROI for 220 days (220%)
Enterprise – Invest $10,000 and receive a 1.5% daily ROI for 280 days (420%)

Affiliates can earn direct referral commissions of 12% on funds that are invested by personally sponsored affiliates.

Residual referral commissions are paid and tracked through a binary compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that splits into a left and right side.

The binary team’s first level holds 2 positions and the second level is made by adding another 2 positions under each of the first two, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional binary team levels are created as they are needed, and every new level holds twice as many positions as the level above it.

Binary team positions are filled by direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.

There is currently no limit as to how deep the binary team can grow.

Affiliates earn 10% of matched invested funds on both sides of the binary team at the end of every week.

Any funds that are unmatched from the stronger binary side are carried over to the next week.

There are weekly binary referral earning limits that are based on the amount an affiliate has invested:

Initiate – $110
Basic – $700
Advanced – $1200
Professional – $1400
Expert – $1700
Enterprise – $2500

Affiliates who invest at the $10,000 Enterprise level can get virtual shares in the company.

I found a share rate history on the company website that showed the initial value of IoniCoin’s virtual shares was set at $4 on April 4th.

However, the value of these shares as of the 29th of May is $5.83.

Cost To Join IoniCoin

The cost to join IoniCoin as an affiliate is free, but free affiliates can only earn referral commissions (both direct and residual).

To fully participate in the IoniCoin compensation plan, affiliates must invest between $100 and $10,000.

Verdict on IoniCoin

IoniCoin claims to be a platform for companies to trade bitcoin, but there is no proof provided that any actual trading is happening…

The truth is, if the company owners were able to generate a steady ROI from bitcoin trading profits, why would they need investment from recruited affiliates?

It seems more likely that the only generated income here is coming from affiliates who are signing up and investing their own money…

But the only way to continue having consistent income is by constantly recruiting new people….

Unfortunately, recruitment numbers rarely, if ever, remain as high as they are during the initial launch hype…

So when recruitment slows down, it will be impossible for the company to make good on their ROI promises…

This usually leads to an eventual collapse…
