Around here I’ve recently heard some buzz about this company, so I decided to take the opportunity to investigate what this company had to offer its investors.
Also by revealing all the shocking truths I find, I wanted to put any rumours about this company to rest!
So, are you ready??!

Here we go!
First let’s start with the actual company.
Priority Investment Review – The Company
On the website for the company, there is no particular info about who runs or own the company.
Under “About Company” on the website, the company declares “Delta-Alpha Group Ltd” as the “management company”.
On the 19th of April, 2017, Delta-Alpha Group Ltd was incorporated in the UK.
Delta-Alpha Group Ltd used a London address to incorporate its business.
Interestingly enough, the same London address has been used by over 30 different companies, which leaves me to believe that this is a virtual forwarding address.
Arasakumar Jayaraman is listed as the only Director of Delta-Alpha Group Ltd, he says he lives in India, which supports the idea that Delta-Alpha Group Ltd (and alternately Priority Association) exists in the UK by name only.
It is likely that the company is being run out of India.
As usual, I was looking to see if I could find out if Jayaraman had any past MLM executive experience and, he does not seem to have any, all I could find was a few general looking types of investment companies previously incorporated.
Priority Investment Reviews – The Products
The company has no retail products or services to offer affiliates or retail customers.
Affiliates who sign up with Priority Investment can only market the affiliate membership.
Now if you are looking for a company that actually has products, here is one I recommend below:
Priority Investment Compensation Plan
Affiliates who want to participate in the company’s compensation plan are required to invest €250 to €5000 EUR on the promise of a 7% to 12% ROI a month.
- Primary – €250 EUR
- Smart – €500 EUR
- Forward – €1000 EUR
- Operating – €3000 EUR
- Professional – €5000 EUR
Company affiliates earn a referral commission of 10%, paid out on funds invested by personally sponsored affiliates.
Residual Commissions
The company pays affiliates a residual commission through a unilevel compensation model.
A unilevel compensation model puts an affiliate atop of a unilevel team, with every personally sponsored affiliate placed directly under them, creating level 1.
Any level 1 affiliate can sponsor new affiliates, who are assigned to the original affiliate’s unilevel team on level 2.
Now anynew affiliates sponsored by a level 2 affiliate will be placed on level 3, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.
Within a unilevel team, the company affiliates earn a flat rate commission on investment activity.
The determining percentage of commission paid out depends on the affiliate’s rank:
- Starter (sponsor two affiliates) – 4% Residual commission rate
- Advanced (sponsor two affiliates who each sponsor at least two affiliates) – 6% Residual commission rate
- Superior (sponsor four affiliates who each sponsor at least two affiliates) – 8% Residual commission rate
- Commander (sponsor four affiliates who each sponsor at least two affiliates, two of which sponsor at least two affiliates) – 10% Residual commission rate
- Principal (sponsor at least four Superior ranked affiliates) – 14% Residual commission rate
- Headmaster (sponsor at least seven Superior ranked affiliates) – 16% Residual commission rate
- Director (sponsor at least seven Principal ranked affiliates) – 18% Residual commission rate
- Executive Director (sponsor at least seven Headmaster ranked affiliates) – 20% Residual commission rate
Bonus Top 10%
The Bonus Top 10% is an additional bonus on investment activity through the company affiliate’s first 5 unilevel levels.
- Principal ranked affiliates receive a bonus 10% on levels 1 and 2
- Headmaster ranked affiliates receive a bonus 10% on levels 1 to 3
- Director ranked affiliates receive a bonus 10% on levels 1 to 4
- Executive Director ranked affiliates receive a bonus 10% on levels 1 to 5
Cost To Join Priority Investment
The cost to join Priority Investment as an affiliate is an investment of €250 to €5000 EUR.
- Primary – €250 EUR
- Smart – €500 EUR
- Forward – €1000 EUR
- Operating – €3000 EUR
- Professional – €5000 EUR
Verdict on Priority Investment
So…
Does the Priority Investment scam exist?
Well, there are some red flags with this company and from there you can make the decision to join or not…
First, the company owners are not really upfront on where they are running it from…
Second, they don’t have any retail products or services…
Third, they don’t tell you how they make their ROI’s and if there are some external sources.
Fourth, never seen a legit company promise a 7% to 12% ROI per month…
The truth is…
No company can promise any ROI because it fluctuates depending on the investments.
Only way to somewhat predict an ROI specially in the beginning is new investments paying off existing members…
However, even that will start to slow down once recruitment slows down…
Just too many red flags unless someone from Priority Investment can prove me other wise I will change the verdict…
Right now, I don’t recommend this company because there are just TOO many red flags that need to be addressed.
