My Travel Biz Review

My Travel Biz operates within the travel MLM niche.

While the company’s website does not offer a contact address, the Facebook page says the company is in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Atif Kamran (President) and Geraldine Aquino (CEO) are the heads of the company and are also the co-founders.

Kamran and Aquino are seasoned professionals in the direct selling industry and have experienced their fair share of successes while building several global businesses.

Geraldine and Atif’s vision to build a business that would showcase only the good of the industry highlights their passion to help others achieve the success they deserve.

With this in mind, My Travel Biz was born.

Before launching the company, Kamran and Aquio were involved with the LEO business opportunity.

In April 2015, Geraldine Aquino was selected to be the COO of LEO.

Kamran’s LinkedIn profile identifies him as one of the co-founders and the Chief Marketing Officer of LEO from the year 2012.

Before LEO, Kamran had associations with the Unaico business.

Aquino is centered out of Canada and Kamran is based out of the United Kingdom.

My Travel Biz Reviews – The Products

The company offers no retail products and services for its members to purchase.

Affiliates who sign up with My Travel Biz can only market the affiliate membership.

Affiliate membership offers access to a “Full Travel Product Suite” where a discounted third-party travel services can be booked.

Our online store offers access to inventory from over 1 million properties worldwide, over 750 airlines, unlimited vacation packages and events, and thousands of car rental locations. And all at prices you will be proud to share.

Booked visits in the Full Travel Suite generates sale revenue which is then paid out by the company’s compensation plan.

The My Travel Biz Compensation Plan

The company pays affiliates to sell travel services by branded replicated storefronts.

Residual commissions are paid through a binary compensation model, as well as a unilevel based upline commission payment.

Note: The company pays affiliates commissions, which are then paid out through the company’s compensation plan predominantly used Commissionable Volume (CV)

This CV is the sales revenue produced through buying a replicated company storefront.

It usually costs less than the retail amount paid.

CV is also created through affiliate memberships purchased, meaning most commissions that are paid out double as sponsorship commissions.

Sponsorship of a Business Class affiliate ($1200) generates 1000 CV
Sponsorship of a First Class affiliate ($5000) generates 4000 CV

Note: MLM commission requirements expects an affiliate to qualify at the 2 Star rank or higher.

My Travel Biz Affiliate Ranks

There are 13 affiliate ranks in the company’s compensation plan.

The ranks and their qualification criteria are as follows:

2 Star – Generate 1000 CV in lesser binary team volume
3 Star – Generate 2000 CV in lesser binary team volume
4 Star – Generate 4000 CV in lesser binary team volume
5 Star – Generate 8000 CV in lesser binary team volume
Leader – Generate 16,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
Executive Leader – Generate 50,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
National Leader – Generate 100,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
Regional Leader – Generate 250,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
Director – Generate 500,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
Executive Director – Generate 100,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
National Director – Generate 2,500,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
Regional Director – Generate 5,000,000 CV in lesser binary team volume
Diamond Director – Generate 10,000,000 CV in lesser binary team volume

Retail Travel Commissions

Travel Commissions are paid on sold travel services booked by the replicated business storefronts.

Business Class affiliates earn 20% of retail CV
First Class affiliates earn 80% of retail CV

A referral commission is earned by an affiliate though CV generated by personally sponsoring new affiliates:

Business Class affiliates are paid a 5% referral commission
First Class affiliates are paid a 10% referral commission

Residual Commissions

A binary compensation model is used by the company to pay residual commissions to its affiliates.

The binary model puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team, then divides that team into two sides (left and right).

The 1st level of the binary team holds two positions and the 2nd level of the binary team is created by dividing these 2 positions into another 2 positions, for a total of 4 positions.

Each level afterwards on the binary team is made as required, where each new level holds 2x as many positions as the level before it.

These positions in the binary team are filled by direct and indirect sponsorship of new affiliates.

Note: There is no technical limit to how many levels a binary team can have.

Through a weekly process, the company adds up new CV generated on both the left and right side of their binary team.

An affiliate earns 10% of the CV generated on the weak side of their binary team.

Business Class affiliates can earn up to $15,000 a week
First Class affiliates can earn up to $50,000 a week

Note: Leftover CV on the leading side is carried forth into the next week.

Upline Commission

The company pays Upline Commission on residual commissions paid to upline affiliates.

The sponsorship of a 2 Star or higher ranked company affiliate determines the number of upline levels that are earned on.

Sponsor one 2 Star or higher affiliate and earn the Upline Commission on one upline level (the affiliate who sponsored you)
Sponsor two 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on two upline levels
Sponsor three 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on three upline levels
Sponsor four 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on four upline levels
Sponsor five 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on five upline levels
Sponsor six 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on six upline levels
Sponsor seven 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on seven upline levels
Sponsor eight 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on eight upline levels
Sponsor nine 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on nine upline levels
Sponsor ten 2 Star or higher affiliates and earn the Upline Commission on ten upline levels

Established from the qualification criteria above:

First Class affiliates earn 5% on upline levels 1 and 2, 4% on levels 3 and 4, 3% on levels 5 and 6, 2% on levels 7 and 8 and 1% on levels 9 and 10

The Business Class affiliates earn a payout of 15% over 5 levels, although the company compensation plan does not say the exact level percentage of payment.

Rebate Commission

When travel services are reserved through their affiliate account, the company allows affiliates to earn a rebate commission.

The Rebate Commission is 100% of commissionable volume produced, this is regulated for affiliates at each class, where Business Class affiliates are allotted $1000 annually and First Class affiliates are allotted $10 000 annually.

Rank Achievement Bonus

The company affiliates whom qualify at the 2 Star rank and higher are rewarded with bonuses such as TravelCoin and cash.

Qualify as a 2 Star affiliate and receive $500 in TravelCoin
Qualify as a 3 Star affiliate and receive $500 in TravelCoin
Qualify as a 4 Star affiliate and receive $1000 in TravelCoin
