Right now, I am going to reveal the shocking truth and put some rumors to rest…
Before you sign up or make a snap decision to join this company, read my blog first from start to finish and pay close attention
This way you can make the best decision whether to join it or not.
In this blog post, I am going to walk you through the company, the products and the compensation plan.
First, some facts about the company!
VMA Life Review – The Company
In a “company profile”, it states that VMA Life was originally launched as Vemma Asia.
The company, Vemma Asia, was
founded in 2004 by Kenneth Koh in partnership with BK Boreyko from the United States.
Under Kenneth’s careful guidance and leadership, the company has grown to become a regional powerhouse in the field of premium liquid nutrition in Asia over the last 12 years.
In 2015, they decided to change their brand name from Vemma Asia to VMA Life,
Realizing the huge potential of the Asian market, Vemma Asia re-evaluated and re-strategized its vision and mission, and subsequently, VMAlife was born in late 2015.
Well, that’s one way of describing it.
In August of 2015, the FTC shut Vemma Asia down, and just a few months later it was relaunched as VMA Life.
Something made me wonder why there is no mention of BK Boreyko on the company’s website presently, which makes me question if he is still apart of the business at all.
The colour palette used for VMA Life features the same orange and green used for Vemma Asia to market branded products.
Credited as the founder of Vemma Asia, Kenneth Koh currently acts as the CEO of VMA Life.
In the corporate biography of Koh, it states that he had a career in the media field before founding Vemma Asia.
It was said that it was only after a member of Koh’s family developed an illness that he got involved in the MLM business.
When his brother was diagnosed with cancer with only six months to live, Kenneth began scouting for health products.
On one of his trips to America, he chanced upon a liquid-based supplement.
After doing some personal research, Kenneth decided to give it to his brother.
12 years on and his brother is alive and well.
He attributes his brother’s amazing recovery to the daily consumption of the product.
The above is a testimonial from Koh in a certified marketing brochure for VMA Life attesting that the consumption of Vemma’s line of products helped to cure his brother’s cancer.
Having witnessed the miraculous effects the product had on his brother, Kenneth was convinced of its benefits and sought to bring the product into Asia to offer other people a chance at renewed health.
Do you have a guess of how Koh marketed Vemma products all over the Asia??
Remarkably though, the company VMA Life has policies and procedures in place that warns company affiliates they may not
claim that drinking VMAlife will help treat diabetes, heart disease, cancer, or any other disease.
Currently, the company has international offices, including the head office in Singapore, and others located in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand.
VMA Life Reviews – The Products
Vemma’s products were said to be made in-house in the USA, and VMA Life’s products are stated it
manufactures all its products in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) factories in Taiwan.
Velixir is the top product of the company, and it seems to be a duplicate to Vemma’s own branded mangosteen drink.
Velixir is VMAlife’s flagship health supplement.
It is a superior liquid nutrition that is made from a unique and powerful blend of whole-fruit mangosteens, organic decaffeinated green tea and aloe vera.
Velixir retails for 163 SGD ($121 USD), in a package of 30 single-serve sachets.
Another option retailed for 261 SGD ($193 USD) is a Twin Pack (includes 2 packages).
VMA Life’s other marketed products include the following:
- O-M-G! Energy Gel – Retails at 58.80 SGD ($44 USD) for a box of ten single-serve sachets
- Active C – “A comprehensive antioxidant super serum”, retails at 117 SGD ($87 USD) for a 30 ml bottle
- Beau One Face Spa – Retails at 72 SGD ($53 USD) for two 30 ml bottles
- Bio-Placenta Gold – “Concentrated anti-aging serum”, retails at 192 SGD ($142 USD) for a box of fifteen 2 ml serves
- Cleanser – “Rejuvenating rose hip seed oil”, retails at 54 SGD ($40 USD) for a 180 ml bottle
- Eye Beauty – “Nourishing eye recovery cream”, retails at 138 SGD ($102 USD) for a 15 ml tub
- FaceUp – “Instant age eraser”, retails at 81 SGD ($60 USD) for a 14 ml tube
- Facial Exfoliant – “Natural honey scrub”, retails at 54 SGD ($40 USD) for a 60 ml tube
- HGF Age Renewal – “Pigment spot corrector”, retails at 166 SGD ($123 USD) for a 30 ml bottle
- Aqua Restore – “Deep moisturizing formula”, retails at 166 SGD ($123 USD) for a 30 ml tub
- Moon Glow – “Overnight repair mask”, retails at 153 SGD ($113 USD) for a 60 ml bottle
- Sunshield 30 PA+++ – “High protection sunscreen lotion”, retails at 76 SGD ($56 USD) for a 30 ml bottle
- Toner – “Energizing skin balancer”, retails at 54 SGD ($40 USD) for a 120 ml bottle
- Triple Max Serum – “Botox alternative”, retails at 159 SGD ($118 USD) for a 30 ml bottle
VMA Life also offers numerous bundle packs for its personal care products.

The VMA Life Compensation Plan
The company affiliates who want to participate in the company compensation plan earn income by sponsoring new affiliates, both directly and residually.
Bonuses are also available based on the performance of the affiliate.
VMA Life Affiliate Ranks
There are 10 ranks within the compensation plan of the company.
These are the 10 levels and the associated qualifying criteria listed:
- Bronze – Earn and maintain at least 5 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Silver – Earn and maintain at least 20 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Gold – Earn and maintain at least 60 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Platinum – Earn and maintain at least 120 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Topaz – Earn and maintain at least 240 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Sapphire – Earn and maintain at least 500 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Emerald – Earn and maintain at least 1000 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Ruby – Earn and maintain at least 3000 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Yellow Diamond – Earn and maintain at least 6000 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
- Royal Diamond – Earn and maintain at least 12,000 residual binary commission cycles in a four week period
MLM Commission Qualification
A company affiliate is required to accumulate a minimum of 60PV monthly to qualify for MLM commissions.
PV means “Personal Volume” and is the sales volume achieved by sales to paying customers, as well as the inclusion of the affiliate’s own purchases.
NOTE: VMA Life new affiliates who join the company with a Starter Pack will be MLM qualified for 8 weeks (2 months).
Sponsorship Commissions
If you purchase the company’s products you will be automatically signed up as an affiliate.
A 25% Fast Start Bonus is paid on the 1st products ordered by newly sponsored affiliates.
This 25% bonus is paid on PV (sales volume) made by the purchase order.
Residual Commissions
VMA Life affiliates earn residual commissions though a binary compensation model.
The qualifications for the residual binary commission are that every company affiliate must sponsor a minimum of 2 affiliates.
The company’s compensation model puts an affiliate at the top a binary team, then splits the team into 2 sides (left/right).
The 1st level of the binary team holds two positions and the 2nd level of the binary team is then made by dividing these first two positions into further two positions each, creating 4 positions total.
Every new level in the binary team is made as needed, and each new level holds 2x more positions as the level before.
The new positions in the binary team are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates.
NOTE: The company does not limit the number of levels a binary can generate.
Retail sales and affiliate purchases help sales volume grow within a binary team.
The company does a weekly tally of sales volume accumulated on both the left and right side of a binary team.
The company pays affiliates $12 every time 120 GV is matched on the left and right side of a binary team.
This is called a cycle; as described by the company.
There is a limit up to $35 000 in weekly residual binary earnings for those meeting the rank-based criteria:
- Purchase one VMA Life product (60 PV minimum) and earn up to $1000 a week
- Purchase two VMA Life products (120 PV minimum) and earn up to $3000 a week
- Purchase a Starter Pack and receive up to $20,000 a week
- Purchase a Builder Pack and receive up to $35,000 a week
Matching Bonus
The company pays affiliates a matching bonus on residual binary commissions through a unilevel compensation model.
VMA Life’s unilevel compensation payment model puts an affiliate on top of a unilevel team, with all their personally sponsored affiliates located directly under him or her ( level 1).
Now, if level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, these new affiliates are positioned on level 2 of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.
If any level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are then placed on level 3, and this compensation model continues adding levels in this manner down a hypothetical never ending number of levels.
The Matching Bonus gets paid by the company down a maximum of 10 levels in the unilevel team, and payment is based on meeting the following criteria:
- Level 1 (12% match on personally sponsored affiliates) – Sign up with an affiliate pack and sponsor at least one MLM commission qualified affiliate
- Level 2 (10%) – Have a total downline of at least two MLM Commission qualified sponsored affiliates
- Level 3 (8%) – Personally sponsor at least two MLM commission qualified affiliates and have a total downline of at least three MLM commission qualified affiliates
- Level 4 (5%) – Qualify at the Gold rank or higher and personally sponsor and maintain four Silver or higher ranked MLM commission qualified affiliates
- Level 5 (5%) – Qualify at the Gold rank or higher and personally sponsor and maintain five Silver or higher ranked MLM commission qualified affiliates
- Level 6 (5%) – Qualify at the Gold rank or higher and personally sponsor and maintain six Silver or higher ranked MLM commission qualified affiliates
- Level 7 (5%) – Qualify at the Platinum rank or higher and personally sponsor and maintain seven Silver or higher ranked MLM commission qualified affiliates
- Level 8 (5%) – Qualify at the Platinum rank or higher and personally sponsor and maintain eight Silver or higher ranked MLM commission qualified affiliates
- Level 9 (5%) – Qualify at the Platinum rank or higher, personally sponsor and maintain nine Silver or higher ranked MLM commission qualified affiliates
- Level 10 (5%) – Qualify at the Platinum rank or higher, personally sponsor and maintain ten Silver or higher ranked MLM commission qualified affiliates
Affiliate Pack and Autoship Commissions
VMA Life gives rewards to affiliates who join with an affiliate pack and sign up for the autoship on an ongoing monthly basis.
The affiliate pack and autoship commissions are payments made through a 2×10 matrix.
The 2×10 matrix method puts a company affiliate on the top of a matrix, with 2 new positions in the matrix directly under the affiliate.
The two new positions form the 1st level of the matrix and the 2nd level of the matrix is created by dividing those two positions into another two positions each (four positions in level 2).
Levels 3 to 10 are created the same way, with each new level holding 2x as many positions as the level before it.
Based on the company’s compensation plan, these matrix positions are filled by directly and indirectly sponsored affiliates who join up with an affiliate pack and sign up for the monthly autoship.
- $6 is paid per affiliate placed in the matrix who signed up with a Starter Pack
- $12 is paid per affiliate placed in the matrix who signed up with a Business Builder Pack
- 30 cents is paid per month on affiliates in the matrix who continue to purchase a monthly autoship order of at least 60 PV
Global Pool
The company takes 3% of internationally earned and company-wide sales and puts that money into 4 Global Pools.
The company affiliates can earn shares in the pools by qualifying at the ranks of Emerald or higher:
- Emerald affiliates qualify for a share in a 0.75% pool
- Ruby affiliates qualify for a share in two 0.75% pools
- Diamond affiliates qualify for a share in three 0.75% pools
- Royal Diamond affiliates qualify for a share in all four 0.75% pools
Cost To Join VMA Life
The cost to join VMA Life as an affiliate is the purchase any one of their products, which automatically enrolls you as a company affiliate.
The compensation plan for the company says:

There are 4 different affiliate packs offered for purchase; they are as follows:
- Basic Pack (selection of VMA Beau products) – 595.50 SGD ($441 USD)
- Starter Pack (8 boxes of Velixir) – 1088 SGD ($806 USD)
- Pro Consultant Pack (selection of VMA Beau products) – 1561.80 SGD ($1156 USD)
- Builder Pack (15 boxes of Velixir) – 2040 SGD ($1511 USD)
Verdict on VMA Life
So does the VMA Life scam exist?
Of course not!
VMA Life has legit products and a fair compensation plan to help you make money…
Only thing I see they need to improve on is giving more incentives for actual retail sales instead of sponsoring people.
What I recommend doing is testing out the products yourself and see how you like them…
If you like the products great if not then move on…
