The best thing you can do before jumping into a new company is thoroughly research it.

In today’s review, I will talk about the company’s history, their products and their compensation plan.

BTC Wait Review – The Company

If you decide to go to the company website for information, there’s nothing posted about the owner or the person running the business.

After a little digging and some research, I found out that the BTC Wait website domain was registered privately as “btcwait.com” on the 7^th of November in 2017.

The company was incorporated in the UK on the 17^th of November under the name BTCWait Limited.

The BTCWait Limited address used to incorporate belongs to a Registered Office, where they offer virtual office services to companies.

The only Director of the company is listed as Zachary Simpson.

BTC Wait Reviews – The Products

BTC Wait has no retail products or services for affiliates to buy or sell.

But affiliates whom wish to sign up with BTC Wait can market the company affiliate membership.

BTC Wait Compensation Plan

Affiliates who want to participate in the company compensation plan need to sign up and invest into the company.

Company affiliates invest capital (funds) on the agreement of promoted ROI (return on investment):

Gold Plan – Invest $10 or more and receive a 3% daily ROI for 100 days (300%)
VIP Plan – Invest $1000 or more and receive a 7% daily ROI for 35 days (245%)
Business Fast Plan – Invest $2000 or more and receive a 10% daily ROI for 15 days (150%)
Super VIP Plan – Invest $20 or more and receive an 800% ROI after 40 days
Super Silver Plan – Invest $50 or more and receive a 1800% ROI after 70 days

There are referral commissions offered on capital invested by your downline affiliates, which are paid down to Level 4 of sponsorship (in a unilevel team model):

Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates up to 500) – 5%
Level 1 (sponsor 501 or more affiliates) – 7%
Level 1 (sponsor 1001 or more affiliates) – 10%
Level 2 – 2%
Level 3 – 1%
Level 4 – 0.5%

Cost To Join BTC Wait

The cost to join BTC Wait as an affiliate is free, however these members are only able to earn commissions on a referral basis.

If an affiliate wants to join and fully participate in the business opportunity and the company compensation plan, a $10 minimum investment is required.

Verdict on BTC Wait

Since I’ve finished my research on this company, I would have to say there are a few too many red flags here, so I’d have to say it doesn’t seem to be 100% legit…

This company says they are using “unique investment” strategies, but I haven’t been able to see or find any proof of this.

What is clear and noticeable for me is that the company does have new affiliates come in with an investment in hand and this is a proven source of revenue entering the company.

So, it could be said that the company takes and uses newly sponsored affiliate’s invested money to pay off older affiliates, which follows the model of those ‘scammer’ companies hiding amongst the legit MLM businesses.

And with all scams, once people stop falling into the trap and sponsorship starts to drop off, so will the funds coming into the company.

This will put a strain on the company’s ROI basic capital and will make it hard on the company to fulfill their ROI payments as promoted to affiliates.

The math just doesn’t add up for me here and it seems like a scam…

So, if you are planning on investing with this company be careful, because if the company should fail, those who did invest will most likely lose money.
