Welcome to my Xpirient Review!

It’s possible that you could have heard about this company because of the hype currently around it, or perhaps you just stumbled upon it and now you want to know more.

Well, that’s the very reason for this blog!

I want to make sure that each of you feels confident in making a good investment decision without any hesitation…

In today’s review, I will be breaking down Xpirient’s company history, products, compensation plan, cost to join, as well as my verdict on it.

Let’s get started!

Xpirient Review – The Company

xpirient review

Xpirient provide no information on their website about who owns or runs the business.

Xpirient was created by a man named Chris Kent, as extensive research revealed….

Interestingly enough, I had to dig into his Facebook profile to discover that he identifies himself as the founder and owner of Xpirient…

But for some reason, this information is not disclosed on the website domain, which was registered as xpirient.com on the 12th of September last year.

Apparently, before he founded this company, he was the International Marketing Director of WorldVentures.

I had to go even further to find out that the residential area of Xpirient is claimed to be in Florida, specifically Hillsborough County…

Check out other companies like Jeunesse and Elevacity.

Xpirient Review – The Products

xpirient products

Xpirient charges $499.99 initially, and then $99.99 a month for access to a third-party discount travel booking engine, however details are not found on their website about how it works.

The Xpirient Compensation Plan

Xpirient takes a pretty traditional route when it comes to sponsoring new affiliates… sign up, pay fees, start sponsoring.

Commissions are also paid out accordingly…

Xpirient Affiliate Ranks

There are 12 affiliate ranks within the Xpirient compensation plan, as outlined below:

  • Consultant – Sign up as an Xpirient affiliate and continue to pay monthly membership fees
  • Associate – Generate and maintain $100 GV a month and sponsor and maintain at least one retail customer or Consultant
  • Marketer – Generate and maintain at least $2000 GV a month and sponsor and maintain at least two retail customers and/or Consultants
  • Ambassador – Generate and maintain at least $4000 GV a month and sponsor and maintain at least three retail customers and/or Consultants
  • Partner – Generate and maintain at least $8000 GV a month and maintain at least three retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants
  • Director – Generate and maintain at least $15,000 GV a month and sponsor and maintain at least four retail customers and/or Consultants
  • Executive – Generate and maintain at least $30,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants
  • Sapphire Executive – Generate and maintain at least $60,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants
  • Ruby Executive – Generate and maintain at least $120,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants
  • Emerald Executive – Generate and maintain at least $250,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants
  • Diamond Executive – Generate and maintain at least $500,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants
  • Crown Executive – Generate and maintain at least $1,000,000 GV a month and maintain at least four retail customers and/or personally sponsored Consultants

GV means “Group Volume”, which is the volume of sales generated in a unilevel team with both retail member and sponsored affiliates fees.

When you actually look even closer, you’ll be note that the jump from Partner to Sapphire Executive limits the GV qualification to 50% or less from any single unilevel team.

There is also a 40% decrease from Ruby to Sapphire…

Sponsorship and Retail Commissions

Affiliates of this company are paid retail and sponsorship commissions based on total volume generated each week as listed below:

  • Generate up to $1000 in new volume in a week and receive a 10% retail and sponsorship commission rate
  • Generate $1001 to $2000 in new volume in a week and receive a 15% retail and sponsorship commission rate
  • Generate $2001 or more in new volume in a week and receive a 20% retail and sponsorship commission rate

Sponsorship Bonuses

Xpirient affiliates who sponsor and maintain 4 Consultant ranked affiliates receive a $99.99 Sponsorship Bonus each month they do so.

If they can gain $2500 in newly sponsored affiliate fees within a month, they receive an additional $300 bonus.

The income opportunity of a $300 bonus can be earned multiple times, based on the earnings of newly sponsored fees as stated above.

Residual Commissions

Xpirient also pays residual commissions through a traditional unilevel compensation structure that caps off at 6 levels.

And as usual it’s just your typical structure with an affiliate at the top that branches off to another level of affiliates and so on.

Hit up my other blogs if you want more information about this.

Residual commissions are paid out as a percentage of sales, as seen below:

  • Associates earn 5% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
  • Marketers earn 5% on levels 1 and 2
  • Ambassadors earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on level 3
  • Partners earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 and 4
  • Directors earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 to 5
  • Executives and higher earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 to 6

Generational Bonus

Sapphire Executive and higher ranked affiliates can qualify for a Generational Bonus.

Now a “generation” in this case (which sounds confusing, I know), is when a Sapphire Executive or higher ranked affiliate is found in a leg, which means that would become the first “generation”, followed by a second, third, fourth…

The leg is part of the unilevel team level…

If no other Sapphire Executive or higher ranked affiliates are found in that leg, then the second generation just extends itself.  Or if there are too many in the leg, they get cut off and grouped into the next leg.

With this, Xprient affiliates can earn an additional percentage on volume generated across seven generations in their unilevel team:

  • Sapphire Executives earn 4% on up to three generations
  • Ruby Executives earn 4% on up to four generations
  • Emerald Executives earn 4% on up to five generations
  • Diamond Executives earn 4% on up to six generations
  • Crown Executives earn 4% on up to seven generations

Xceleration Bonus

The Xceleration Bonus is a 2% volume bonus on newly created unilevel legs, paid out on the first 60 day of a newly generated leg.

It continues down 3 levels of sponsorship.

Lifestyle Bonus

The Lifestyle Bonus is paid monthly based on monthly GV production as seen:

  • Generate $4000 GV a month and receive a $200 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $8000 GV a month and receive a $400 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $15,000 GV a month and receive a $600 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $30,000 GV a month and receive an $800 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $60,000 GV a month and receive a $1200 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $120,000 GV a month and receive a $2500 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $250,000 GV a month and receive a $5000 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $500,000 GV a month and receive a $10,000 Lifestyle Bonus
  • Generate $1,000,000 GV a month and receive a $25,000 Lifestyle Bonus

Leadership Bonus Pool

The Leadership Bonus Pool is exclusively open to Emerald Executive and higher ranked affiliates.

Here, they offer 2% of monthly company-wide sales volume as commission in the Leadership Bonus Pool

These higher ranked affiliates receive shares in the Leadership Bonus Pool as seen:

  • Emerald – one share
  • Diamond – two shares
  • Crown – four shares

But it is important to note that an additional share per unilevel leg from the fourth leg onwards with a Ruby Executive or higher ranked affiliate is also given.

Cost to Join Xpirient

The cost to join Xpirient is the initial $499.99 and then $99.99 a month that comes with affiliate membership.

After two months, Xpirient affiliates will also begin to be charged an additional $9.99 for entry to their back office, marketing office, and other resources.

Verdict on Xpirient

Now, this MLM opportunity seems all fine and dandy at first. It’s interesting, it has multiple layers, and a lot of income opportunity as they claim.

But isn’t it supposed to be a travel-based business?

WHERE IS THE TRAVEL?

The commissions that have literally nothing to do with their niche just confuse those investing their money into it.

And even then, the compensation plan seems to lack details about ‘sponsoring’ an affiliate… to me, it just seems like a bunch of lists with rankings of how much you pay.

It seems that Xpirient only pays bonuses and commissions on products/services sold, not for sponsorship for services sold, as the company tries to maintain.

It seems contradicting, especially since they posted this on their website about commissions and sponsorships:

The enrollment of a new member is treated uniquely.

When a new member is enrolled by a consultant, their initiation fees and their first month dues which are collected up front, are collectively referred to as Personal Enrollment Volume.

Enrollment, sponsorship, whatever. It’s the same thing regardless of what you call it.

Also, it’s interesting that the retail price of $499.99 that must be paid initially costs the same as affiliate membership, despite the former being product/service-based.

The only way I would say this company could be legit is if there was more money being generated from customers rather than members and sponsorships, but who would pay $499.99 upfront without information…

I sure wouldn’t!

My bet is once sales volume slows down from lack of sponsorship, this business is bound to collapse on itself.

I don’t want to waste any more of your time folks… my best suggestion, take a look at the website yourself. As far as I saw, it’s scarce and lacks what other MLM opportunities could potentially offer.
