Welcome to my Bank of Hodlers Review!
Whether you have been part of an MLM business before or this is the first time you have heard the term MLM, it’s always a good idea to thoroughly research any online company you are considering joining.
Figuring out which companies are legit and which ones aren’t can be hard to do on your own, and that’s why I write these reviews!
In my review, I will go over the company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.
So, let’s get to it!
Bank of Hodlers Review – The Company
Bank of Hodlers is part of the cryptocurrency niche in the MLM world.
All of the company executives seem to be based out of India, although the company does give a Singapore address on its website.
An individual by the name of Darshan Bathija is identified as the co-founder and CEO of Bank of Hodlers.
According to his Twitter profile, Bathija has been interested in cryptocurrency for several years.
Before co-founding Bank of Hodlers earlier this year, Bathija was listed as the “Head of Partnerships” at TapChief.
From what I can tell, TapChief is an India centered LinkedIn replica.
Due to the fact that Bathija is based out of Karnatake, India, it is likely that Bank of Hodlers is operated from there as well.
This is their about us page:
Bank of Hodlers Reviews – The Products
Bank of Hodlers has no retail products or services to offer, however affiliates who join can market the Bank of Hodlers affiliate membership.
The Bank of Hodlers Compensation Plan
Affiliates who sign up with Bank of Hodlers get 100 BOH tokens.
Following this initial 100, affiliates get an additional 100 BOH tokens for every affiliate they sponsor into the company.
Affiliates then get 50 BOH tokens for each level 2 sponsor.
There are two other ways that Bank of Hodlers affiliates can get BOH tokens:
- Investing cryptocurrency (200 tokens a deposit) and
- Borrowing cryptocurrency (500 tokens for each lending request)
Along with the BOH token sponsorship, Bank of Hodlers affiliates also earn annual returns on cryptocurrency they deposit.
- Bitcoin – 5% a year
- Ethereum – 5% a year
- Dai – 7% a year
- TrueUSD – 7% a year
Cost to Join Bank of Hodlers
The cost to join Bank of Hodlers as an affiliate is free.
However, if an affiliate would like to fully participate in the income opportunity, they must make an invest in bitcoin, ethereum, dai or trueUSD.
There is no minimum investment amounts listed on Bank of Hodlers’ website.
Verdict on Bank of Hodlers
Okay, so now it’s time for my final verdict…
The biggest thing to look for here is external revenue…
How is this company generating revenue in order to pay its affiliates the returns it promises?
Bank of Hodlers claims that they are generating revenue through lending offered to its affiliates…
But where is the proof?
There isn’t any.
The only real source of cash flow coming in is from new affiliate investment.
So, what is likely happening here is that the company is using new investment to pay existing affiliate ROI.
And this is where we enter Ponzi territory.
Once affiliate recruitment slows down (and it will), income will stop coming and ROIs will no longer be paid out.
This will lead to the collapse of the company and the loss of many investments.
So, my advice here is to maybe steer away from this one and keep searching for that perfect investment opportunity!
