Cloud Token Review – Legit Mobile App Crypto MLM or Scam?

This company has been gaining some crazy traction so I decided to take a look to see what it was all about.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Cloud Token Review – The Company

At first glance, Cloud Token has no information on who runs or owns the company.

I did take a look at the Cloud Token website domain “cloudtokenwallet.com” and found out it was privately registered on January 27th, 2019.

There are marketing videos on the Cloud Token website that are in Chinese.

In one of the marketing videos, it shows Sheng Zhao and Simon Tran presented as big names behind Cloud Token.

Sheng Zhao is actually one of the World Blockchain forum co-founders.

Other names credited in English are Ronald Aai and Daniel Csokas.

There isn’t much information on these individuals other than Tran promoted a company called Plus Token and before that Enagic.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s take a look at the products next…

Cloud Token Products

Cloud Token has no retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership…

Cloud Token Compensation Plan

Cloud Token members invest $500 or more in CTO Tokens.

In return that will get a promise ROI of 10 to 15% per month (according to the company).

Commissions are paid when Cloud Token members sponsor people who invest.

This is paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

The number of levels you get paid will depend how many Cloud Token members you sponsor:

Sponsor one affiliate investor to unlock level 1
Sponsor two affiliate investors to unlock level 2
Sponsor three affiliate investors to unlock level 3
Sponsor four affiliate investors to unlock level 4
Sponsor five affiliate investors to unlock level 5
Sponsor six affiliate investors to unlock level 6
Sponsor seven affiliate investors to unlock level 7
Sponsor eight affiliate investors to unlock level 8
Sponsor nine affiliate investors to unlock level 9
Sponsor ten affiliate investors to unlock level 10
Sponsor sixteen affiliate investors to unlock levels 11 to 21

Referral commissions are paid out on the daily returns:

Level 1 (Personally sponsored members) – 100% CTO ROI match
Level 2 – 50% CTO ROI match
Level 3 to 21 – 5% CTO ROI match

All commissions are paid in CTO…

Rank Bonus

Cloud Token gives you an extra 5% when you produce $200,000 in unilevel investment volume.

This also qualifies you for C1 which I get into next…

Generation Bonus

Cloud Token defines a generation when there is the same or higher ranked member in a unilevel leg.

That will cap you at the first generation.

Generation Bonus is paid on ROI’s given in the first generation up until the C1 or higher ranked member.

Below is the breakdown:

C1 affiliates gets the Generation Bonus up until a C1 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg
C2 affiliates must produce three C1 affiliates each in separate unilevel team legs, and receive the Generation Bonus up until a C2 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg
C3 affiliates must produce three C2 affiliates each in separate unilevel team legs, and receive the Generation Bonus up until a C3 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg
C4 affiliates must produce three C3 affiliates each in separate unilevel team legs, and receive the Generation Bonus up until a C4 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg

There is a C5 rank which applies to revenue share only.

Revenue Share Bonus

To hit C5, you must produce three C4 member on separate unilevel team legs.

Once you are a C5, you can get an extra 5% revenue share on company wide investment volume.

This is divided between ALL C5 members in the company.

Cost To Join Cloud Token

Cloud Token membership is actually free, but if you want to be part of the investment opportunity, you must drop at least $500.

Final Verdict

So does the Cloud Token Scam exist?

Looks like this Mobile App based crypto MLM’s are getting popular.

I have seen companies like Plus Token, Super CodingFly and WoToken launch.

Cloud Token is pretty much the same…

The problem with Cloud Token any all of those companies is the fact that these Altcoin are useless outside of the company.

There is no reveal value other than what Cloud Token deems worthy.

CTO doesn’t cost Cloud Token a dime to produce…

Apparently Cloud Token produces all the external ROI through Jarvis AI bot…

However, couldn’t find any proof of this…

Because of that all I see happening here is newly invested funds are paying off existing members.

Which makes this nothing more than a ponzi scheme…

Once the hype goes down, so will the company.

Because of that I personally do not recommend this company in my opinion.
