This is one of the latest trading MLM’s to pop up and I decided to take a look to see if it’s legit.
Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to see if you want to do this…
The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

NovaTech Review – The Company
NovaTech has no information on who runs or owns the company…
I did check out the website domain “novatechfx.io” and found out it was registered on June 17th, 2019.
NovaTech LTD is listed as the owner with an address in Vatican City, however, it’s incomplete and seems to be fake…
Website claims that NovaTech is to be registered in the USA, British Virgin Islands and Estonia.
No details are provided and seems a little fishy to me honestly.
NovaTech Reviews – The Products
NovaTech has no retail products or services for sale.
That just means as a customer you can’t purchase any products or services and you MUST become an affiliate.
By becoming an affiliate, you can promote their affiliate membership which can earn you commissions.
NovaTech Compensation Plan
NovaTech member invest funds into the company on the premise you will get some kind of return on investment.
Below are the packages you can invest in:
- Bronze – $500 to $2499 plus $35 a month
- Silver – $2500 to $4999 plus $30 a month
- Gold – $5000 to $9999 plus $25 a month
- Platinum – $10,000 to $24,999 plus $20 a month
- VIP – $25,000 or more
NovaTech doesn’t talk about the ROI’s you can get, but it I did see that VIP members can earn 1% per month more than any other member.
There are withdrawal fees as well:
- Bronze – 35%
- Silver through Platinum – 30%
- VIP – 25%
NovaTech Ranks
Overall there are five ranks you can hit inside of the NovaTech compensation plan.
Below is the qualifications needed to achieve the ranks:
- Associate – Get started as a NovaTech affiliate and invest
- Junior Executive – Invest at least $2500, sppnsor three Associates and generate $50,000 in downline investment volume
- Executive – invest at least $5000, sppnsor two Junior Executives and generate $500,000 in downline investment volume
- Senior Executive – Invest at least $10,000, recruit two Executives and generate $2,000,000 in downline investment volume
- Director – Invest at least $50,000, sppnsor two Senior Executives and generate $10,000,000 in downline investment volume
- Ambassador – Invest at least $100,000, sppnsor two Directors and generate $50,000,000 in downline investment volume
No more than 50% of the volume can’t come from one unilevel leg.
Sponsoring Commission Rates
NovaTech pay members to sponsor new affiliates into the company.
- Sponsor a new Bronze tier affiliate and earn $50
- Sponsor a new Silver tier affiliate and earn $100
- Sponsor a new Gold tier affiliate and earn $150
- Sponsor a new Platinum tier affiliate sand earn $200
- Sponsor a new VIP tier affiliate and earn $250
If you can sponsor three Bronze members within 45 days of you getting started, there is a $100 Fast Start Bonus you can receive.
Now if you can sponsor five Silver members within 45 days of getting started, you can get a $300 Fast Start Bonus.
ROI Match Bonus
NovaTech pays members a ROI Match Bonus through a unilevel compensation plan structure.
NovaTech caps their unilevel at five levels for this bonus.
Below is the percentages ou can get paid on the ROI’s of your members:
- Associates earn a 5% ROI Match Bonus on level 1 (personally recruited affiliates)
- Junior Executives earn a 5% ROI Match Bonus on level 1 and 2% on level 2
- Executives earn a 5% ROI Match Bonus on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on level 3
- Senior Executives earn a 5% ROI Match Bonus on level 1, 2% on level 2 and 1% on levels 3 and 4
- Directors and higher earn a 5% ROI Match Bonus on level 1, 2% on levels 2 and 1% on levels 3 to 5
Rank Bonus
You hit a new rank, you get a one-time bonus.
Below is a break down what Nova Tech pays:
- Qualify as a Junior Executive and get $500
- Qualify as an Executive and get $2000
- Qualify as a Senior Executive and get $5000
- Qualify as a Director and get $10,000
- Qualify as an Ambassador and get $25,000
Profit Sharing Bonus
Nova Tech takes 10% of company wide investment volume and dumps it into three Profit Sharing Pools.
Below is the rank you need to get them:
- Senior Executive Pool – 2%
- Director Pool – 3%
- Ambassador Pool – 5%

Cost To Join Nova Tech
NovaTech membership will run you at least $500 with a $20 to $35 per month fee.
If you go for the $25,000+ VIP investment package, you have to pay $250 fee.
This $250 fee is once per year.
Final Verdict On Nova Tech
So does the NovaTech scam exist?
Well, the company claims they generate their external ROI revenue through their N-Tech trading bot.
Apparently this trades forex and cryptocurrency.
Our sophisticated AI Robots suggest solutions to find profitable trades even in the most unstable markets, intelligently maximizing trading opportunities and reducing the possibility of losses without human intervention.
However, I couldn’t find any proof to back up Nova Tech’s claims.
Only thing I know for sure is that newly invested funds are paying off existing members which makes this nothing more than a ponzi scheme.
Also, they should be registered to the countries they are promoting in.
Q: Where is NovaTech registered?
A: NovaTech is currently registered in the USA, British Virgin Islands and Estonia.
It looks like NovaTech isn’t registered with the SEC.
I did find a NovaTech Inc. registered, but that’s a totally different company.
In fact, they are a cleaning company.
Anyway, it looks like NovaTech is selling illegal securities to investors…
For that reason, I do NOT recommend joining this company in my opinion.
