Elite Fin FX has no information on the actual website on who runs or owns the company.

Also the company goes by Elite Finance Forex full name.

So people could be looking for “Elite Finance Forex Review” or “Elite Finance Forex Scam”.

The company does have UK incorporation certificate which has the Elite Finance Forex Limited on it.

This incorporation was done in the UK on July 31st, 2018.

I don’t think highly of UK incorporation’s because it looks like all the scammy companies go that route now because they are cheap.

Elite Fin FX website domain “elitefinfx.com” was privately registered on July 6th, 2018.

Anyway, that’s all I go ton the company…

Elite Fin FX Reviews – The Products

Elite Fin FX trading

Elite Fin FX has no retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership by becoming an affiliate.

Elite Fin FX Compensation Plan

Basically Elite Fin FX member invest $10 or more on a promise they will get a 15% monthly ROI.

Referral commissions are paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

As of right now, this company pays 15 levels deep…

Below is the commissions you get on the invested funds across all 15 levels:

Level 1 (Personally sponsored affiliates) – 8%
Level 2 – 2%
Level 3 – 1%
Level 4 to 7 – 0.5%
Level 8 to 15 – 0.25%

Cost To Join Elite Fin FX

Elite Fin FX affiliate membership is actually free.

To be part of the investment opportunity, you must drop at least $10.

Final Verdict

Does the Elite Fin FX scam exist?

Well…

Apparently Elite Fin FX is claiming their ROI’s are generated through forex trading:

Our traders have been generating consistent profits of upto [sic] 30% a month for our hedge funds which we manage and we expect to continue to do so here also and share 50% of the daily profits we make with the investors.

However, there isn’t any proof of this actually happening.

Plus with a track record of 15% ROI per month, why do they need investment from affiliates?

Only thing I see happening is newly invested funds are paying off existing members making this nothing more than another Ponzi scam…

It’s just common sense these days and I hope people are figuring this stuff out…

Any company that promises a guaranteed ROI is a scam these days.

For some odd reason Terbium7 doesn’t provide any information on who runs or owns the company.

The Terbium7 website domain “terbium7.com” was privately registered April 21st, 2019.

One think I noticed about their website is it’s designed almost exactly like another company that launched back in 2017 called Laser Online.

That company was a pure ponzi scheme…

I mean it could just be the same designer, but what are the odds of that?

Terbium7 doesn’t have any retail products or services, but you can promote the actual affiliate membership.

Terbium7 Compensation Plan

Terbium7 has member invest $10 to $50,000 worth of cryptocurrency on a promise they will get a 175% ROI every 25 days.

Also you can get percentage on your downline members investment funds through their affiliate program:

Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 6%
Level 2 – 2%

Cost To Join Terbium7

Terbium7 membership is free, however, you gotta dump at least $10 to be part of the investment opportunity.

Final Verdict

So does the Terbium7 scam exist?

Company claims their external ROI is coming from international funds management web based software.

However, I couldn’t find any proof of this actually happening.

Plus, if any company figured out how to make 175% ROI every 25 days, you don’t need investments from affiliates.

Not only that, the owner(s) don’t even want their name on this…

End of the day this company is nothing more than another ponzi scheme…

It’s exactly like Laser One and many of the spin offers that came and went…

I do not recommend this company at all…

If you have found this blog post, you have likely been introduced to myEcon by someone you know or are interested in learning more about different MLM opportunities.

Reading reviews about MLM’s before investing is definitely a step in the right direction!

So what is myEcon all about? What products does it offer and what about its compensation plan?

myEcon Review – The Company

Based out of Atlanta, myEcon considers themselves to be the “personal financial success company”.

Spearheaded by CEO Larry Gates, myEcon was founded in 2005.

According to his myEcon corporate bio, Gates has

20 years of experience in communications, marketing and business operations.

Mr. Gates also has great people skills having spent several years in the financial services industry.

A little more digging and I was able to find a 2009 blog post by Michael J Smith that identifies Ivey Stokes and Alvin Curry as the original founders of myEcon.

As per his LinkedIn profile, Alvin Curry lists himself as the Owner and President of myEcon, with Ivey Stokes as Executive Vice-President.

Something I did notice was that neither Curry nor Stokes are listed or credited by name on the myEcon website.

myEcon, Inc. is a privately held, debt free company based in Gwinnett County, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. The company was founded by a small group of entrepreneurs in 2005.

One possibility for this is that before launching myEcon, Ivey Stokes and Alvin Curry were Chairman and CEO of Maxxis Group; an MLM company that was launched in 1998 and filed for bankruptcy in 2003.

In 2006, Curry and Stokes were listed as defendants in litigation brought by the appointed Chapter 7 trustee in Maxxis bankruptcy hearings.

Apparently, based on the court document, the trustee sued Stokes, Curry and others for breaching their fiduciary duty, for corporate waste and deepening the insolvency of Maxxis.

In other words, they didn’t act in the best interests of the company.

Larry Gates was on the Board of Directors of the Maxxis Group and also owned shares in the company.

In October of 2016, myEcon and a company called Novae merged together to offer more products to its members.

MyEcon in 2019 is doing really well, looks like the past issues has finally paid off with this network marketing company.

myEcon’s Financial Success Membership includes a Cashflow Manager Software, Identity Theft Protection, Free & Discounted Legal Services, Tax Advice Service & Preparation, and Identity Theft Prevention.

Novae will add Novae Perks, Novae Library, and Novae Travel to this membership and at no additional cost to current myEcon and Novae IBOs

Most of Novae’s products are bundled with “Lifestyle Package” subscriptions, however you can find individual retail pricing on the myEcon website.

Road Assure roadside assistance – $7.99 a month
Cash Flow Manager – $10.95 a month
Credit Restoration – $99.95 to set up and then $99.95 every three months
Family Shield 360 – starts at $13.95 a month
Cashback Mall (third-party cashback affiliate network) – no cost
Travel Portal – no cost, redirects to Priceline travel portal
Daily Ultimate (“liquid multi-vitamin mineral supplement”) – $36.95 a bottle

You can also find Novae’s Sprayology products in the myEcon product list.

Overall they have a very long list of products which is a good thing to be honest.

myEcon Compensation Plan

I discovered that myEcon does not provide a copy of their compensation plan on their website.

I was able to find a myEcon compensation plan document from March, 2016 and the following is what I read:

myEcon Affiliate Ranks

The myEcon compensation plan consists of six ranks.

I have included each rank and their qualification criteria, which as are follows:

Sales Associate (no MLM Commissions)

$80 one time and then $10 a month thereafter

Marketing Director

$179.95 one time and then $34.95 a month thereafter or
Upgrade from Sales Associate for a one time fee of $99.95 and then $34.95 a month thereafter or
Sign up as a Sales Associate and generate 100 PV a month in sales

Executive Vice President

Executive Vice President Gold

Sponsor 30 fee-paying affiliates in your baseshop down-line (no more than 12 counted in any one generation leg)

Executive Vice President Platinum

Sponsor 200 fee-paying affiliates in your baseshop down-line (no more than 50 counted in any one generation leg)

Executive Vice President Infinity

Sponsor 800 fee-paying affiliates in your baseshop down-line (no more than 160 counted in any one generation leg)

What is a baseshop you ask?

It’s a myEcon affiliate’s front-line affiliates.

Each sponsored non-Executive Vice President is placed in a baseshop.

Once that newly sponsored affiliate brings in two new affiliates (which are placed in the original affiliate’s up-line’s baseshop), he/she will qualify as an Executive Vice President and are removed from his/her up-line’s baseshop.

Commission Qualification Requirements

Executive Vice President affiliates need to have 2 personally sponsored affiliates who are paying monthly fees in order to qualify for commissions.

Recruitment Commission Payout

Marketing Director affiliates are paid $25 for each affiliate they bring into myEcon.

Any commissions that are generated by an affiliate’s first two sponsored affiliates are passed up to their up-line.

Executive Vice President affiliates earn $50 per affiliate they bring in.

The affiliate who sponsored them earns a $25 override commission and can also earn 50% of recruitment commissions earned by personally recruited affiliates.

After an affiliate has brought in two affiliates, they will then be removed from the “baseshop” of the affiliate who sponsored them.

Once they qualify as an Executive Vice President and are removed from their up-line’s baseshop, any affiliates they sponsor generate a $5 to $30 commission for their up-line:

Executive Vice President affiliates earn $5
Executive Vice President Gold affiliates earn $15
Executive Vice President Platinum affiliates earn $25
Executive Vice President Infinity affiliates earn $30

Also, each time a myEcon affiliate’s down-line expands by seven people, they are paid a $1000 bonus, which is subject to affiliate retention rates.

Residual Recruitment Commissions

Executive Vice Presidents earn $1 per month per affiliate down four Executive Vice President generations
Executive Vice President Golds earn $3 per month per affiliate down five Executive Vice President generations
Executive Vice President Platinums earn $5 per month per affiliate down five Executive Vice President generations
Executive Vice President Infinitys earn $8 per month per affiliate down an infinite number of Executive Vice President generations

Direct Commissions Payout

Sales Associate and Marketing Director earn 15%

Executive Vice President earn 25% direct, 10% of sales generated by their SA and MD affiliates

The main difference between these two memberships is the income potential through the myEcon compensation plan.

So does the MyEcon scam exist?

Of course not!

It has legit products and services and a decision compensation plan to pay you.

Only thing you should look into is how competitive is the pricing in this company compared to the marketplace…

Now you can do a quick google search or if you want to compare their health products, check out sites like Amazon and eBay…

From there see if you can sell around the average price and still make a profit…

Chances are you have already heard the buzz surrounding this company and that’s why you’re here.

Or maybe you simply came across this review in your Google searches, but either way, I’m glad you’re here!

Choosing an online company to join can be overwhelming and it’s my job to provide you with the important information you need to make that choice.

In my review, I will talk about the company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.

So let’s get started!

Maskcara Review – The Company

Maskcara Review

Based out of Utah, Maskcara is a personal care product-based company that was founded and launched in 2013 by Cara Brook.

Cited as a “beauty blogger/makeup artist”, Brook’s social media presence began with a blog and YouTube channel that seems to have gone inactive.

Brook’s Instagram and Maskcara’s Facebook page are still regularly updated.

I cam across a New York Times article from 2014 that said that before the Maskcara company came to be, Brook was selling “her own Maskcara-branded” makeup on her website.

Maskcara Reviews – The Products

Maskcara products

Maskcara markets and sells a line of personal care products, with a specific focus on foundation.

Our premier one of a kind IIID foundation enhances skin tone, camouflages blemishes and dark circles, sculpts features and creates the “perfect lighting” on your face all in one quick application.

The Maskcara makeup line targets the face, eyes and skin categories.

The face makeup category is broken down into subcategories of highlight, contour, lip + cheek, illuminator, setting powder and bronzer.

After a bit of browsing, it seems that Maskcara’s face and eye products are priced around $12 to $14.

The company’s skin care products include bundles for both men and women, and tops out at $140.

You can find the full range of Maskcara products, including price lists, on the company’s website.

The Maskcara Compensation Plan

Maskcara’s compensation plan is a combination of retail sales and unilevel team residual commissions.

There is also a Generation Bonus that adds to the available residual commissions, as well as additional performance-based bonuses.

Maskcara Affiliate Ranks

The Maskcara compensation plan features 10 affiliate ranks:

Each rank has its own qualification criteria:

Hac.er – Sign up as a Maskcara affiliate
Elite Hac.er – Generate at least 240 PV a month and 640 accumulated PV
Top Hac.er – Maintain at least 240 PV and generate 800 GV a month and generate and maintain at least two active legs
Ambassador – Generate and maintain at least 480 PV and 2000 GV a month and generate and maintain at least three active legs (one Top Hac.er)
Elite Ambassador – Maintain at least 480 PV and generate 4000 GV a month and generate and maintain at least four active legs (one Top Hac.er and one Ambassador)
Top Ambassador – Maintain at least 480 PV and generate 8000 GV a month and generate and maintain at least five active legs (one Ambassador and one Elite Ambassador)
Influencer – Generate and maintain at least 720 PV and 20,000 GV a month and generate and maintain at least five active legs (one Elite Ambassador and one Top Ambassador)
Elite Influencer – Maintain at least 720 PV and generate 40,000 GV a month and generate and maintain at least six active legs (two Top Ambassadors and one Influencer)
Top Influencer – Maintain at least 720 PV and generate 80,000 GV a month and generate and maintain at least seven active legs (three Top Ambassadors, one Influencer and one Elite Influencer)
Executive Director – Maintain at least 720 PV and generate 160,000 GV a month and generate and maintain at least seven active legs (three Top Ambassadors, one Influencer and one Top Influencer)

PV = “Personal Volume” – Sales volume accumulated by retail sales and the affiliate’s own orders.

GV = “Group Volume” – PV accumulated by the affiliate and their downline.

“Active Leg” = unilevel team leg that includes at least one Elite Hac.er or higher ranked affiliate who was directly or indirectly sponsored into the team

It should be noted that required GV at any rank cannot exceed 40% from any one unilevel leg.

Retail Commissions

Maskcara affiliates start earning at a base 20% retail commission rate.

Affiliate retail commission rates can increase to 40% based on weekly PV production.

Generate 1 to 319 PV in a week = base 20% retail commission rate
Generate 320 to 639 PV in a week = 25% retail commission rate for that week
Generate 640 to 1599 PV in a week = 30% retail commission rate for that week
Generate 1600 to 3199 PV in a week = 35% retail commission rate for that week
Generate 3200 or more PV in a week = 40% retail commission rate for that week

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places every personally sponsored affiliate right under them on level 1.

When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2^nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3^rd level, and this continues down as many levels as are needed.

Payable unilevel team levels are capped at five.

Residual commissions payments are a percentage of the sales volume accumulated throughout these 5 levels as follows:

Elite Hac.er – 3% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates)
Top Hac.er – 3% on levels 1 and 2
Ambassador – 4% on levels 1 and 2 and 2% on level 3
Elite Ambassador – 4% on levels 1 and 2, 3% on level 3 and 2% on level 4
Top Ambassador and higher – 5% on levels 1 and 2, 4% on level 3, 3% on level 3 and 2% on level 5

Generation Bonus

The Generation Bonus is how Maskcara affiliates can earn beyond the first 5 levels of their unilevel team.

A generation is described as when an Influencer and higher ranked affiliate is present in a unilevel leg.

Once that Influencer is found, affiliates under are considered to be the first generation of that unilevel leg.

If there is a second Influencer or higher ranked affiliate further down the leg, the first generation is capped off there and the second generation begins right after them.

If there are no more Influencer or higher ranked affiliates then the first generation continues down the full length of that leg.

With this generation steup, Influencer and higher ranked Maskcara affiliates can earn the Generation Bonus for up to 3 generations per unilevel team leg:

Influencers earn a 3% Generation Bonus on up to one generation per unilevel team leg
Elite Influencers earn a 3% Generation Bonus on up to two generations
Top Influencers and Executive Directors earn a 3% Generation Bonus on the first two generations and 4% on the third

Enroller Bonus

The Enroller Bonus is a percentage bonus on PV accumulated by personally sponsored affiliates.

Elite and Top Hac.ers receive a 5% Enroller Bonus
Ambassador and Elite Ambassadors receive a 6% Enroller Bonus
Top Ambassador and higher ranked affiliates receive a 7% Enroller Bonus

Due to the fact that PV can be retail sales or an affiliate’s own purchases, this bonus doubles as a potential retail and sponsor-based bonus.

Personal Leader Bonus

The Personal Leader Bonus is based on a percentage of Personal Leader Group volume.

Maskcara affiliates ranked at Influencer and higher qualify for a 2% Personal Leader Bonus.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t actually find a description of what a Personal Leader Group is.

Cost to Join Maskcara

The cost to join Maskcara as an affiliate is $199 for a Basic Artist Kit or $399 for a Pro Artist Kit.

The only difference between the two kits is that the Pro Artist Kit comes with more bundled Maskcara products.

Verdict on Maskcara

Okay, now it’s time for my final verdict…

SO does the Maskcara scam exist?

Well of course not!

The company has legit products with retail focus incentives which is a must in 2019 and beyond when it comes to network marketing companies.

This way it keeps them away from pyramid scheme territory.

The best thing to do is to buy some of the products and see how you like them.

From there, you can decide to join as an affiliate based on your experience with their products.

Have you been searching for an online company to join, but you just don’t know where to start?

Fear not!

Determining which companies are legit and which ones aren’t can be difficult, but that’s why I’m here!

In this review, I will provide with you information about the company’s history, products, compensation plan, and cost to join.

So, let’s dive in!

Midasama Review – The Company

Midasama review

Well, the first thing I noticed was that the Midasama website doesn’t offer any information in regards to who owns or operates the company.

I did find out that the Midasama website domain was registered privately as “midasama.com” in 2016 and was updated most recently on the 28^th of May, 2019.

A little digging and I was able to find that a “Morgan Matthews” is listed as a “business director” and “associate partner” of Midasama.

Aside from marketing material straight from Midasama, I couldn’t find anything about Matthews.

The one thing I did discover is that before Matthews, Midasama used an individual named “Edward Fox” as the face of the company.

It seems that this Morgan Matthews person only makes appearances at promotional events.

At the current time this blog was published, Alexa identified that 84% of traffic to the company website comes out of Malaysia.

What this means is that whoever is running Midasama is likely based out of Malaysia.

Midasama Reviews – The Products

Midasama products

Midasama has no retail products or services currently on offer.

Affiliates who join simply market the Midasama affiliate membership.

The Midasama Compensation Plan

To participate in the attached compensation plan, affiliates must sign up and invest funds for monthly returns of up to 20%.

There are 5 package price-points:

$1000
$5000
$10,000
$50,000
$100,000

Midasama claims to offer a consistent 15% monthly return, split 60% between the affiliate and the company.

Midasama Affiliate Ranks

The Midasama compensation plan features 6 affiliate ranks.

Each has its own qualification criteria, which is as follows:

Manager – Sign up and invest $1000
Senior Manager – Invest $5000 or sponsor three Managers
Director – Invest $10,000 or sponsor three Senior Managers

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure.

The unilevel compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places every personally sponsored affiliate immediately under them on level 1.

When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2^nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3^rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.

Payable unilevel team levels are capped at nine.

Residual commissions are calculated as a percentage of returns paid to unilevel team affiliates throughout these 9 levels like so:

Managers earn 30% on level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates), 15% on level 2 and 10% on level 3
Senior Managers earn 30% on level 1, 15% on level 2, 10% on levels 3 and 4 and 3% on levels 5 and 6
Directors and higher earn 30% on level 1, 15% on level 2, 10% on levels 3 and 4, 3% on levels 5 to 7 and 2.5% on levels 8 and 9

Infinity Bonus

Midasama offers something called the Infinity Bonus, but beyond the name there aren’t many details.

It seems to starts at the Diamond rank and looks to be generation based (three generations).

Diamonds earn 3% on up to three generations
Gold Diamonds earn 3% and 2% on up to six generations
Black Diamonds earn 3% and 2% on up to nine generations

But as I said, I couldn’t really verify this, so take it with a grain of salt.

Cost to Join Midasama

The cost to join Midasama as an affiliate is a minimum investment of $1000.

Verdict on Midasama

Okay, now it’s time for my final verdict…

There are two red flags with this company…

The first is the fact that it offers passive income, which means it is offering securities.

To offer securities, a company must be registered with the proper authorities, of which Midasama offers no proof that they are.

The second red flag is the fact that this company has no real products or services to offer.

This means that not only is this company in Ponzi territory with the securities, but now it is entering pyramid scheme territory.

The truth is the only verifiable source of revenue coming into the company is from new affiliates, so when recruitment dies down so will payouts.

So, my advice here is to keep your money for another opportunity.

Alright, so as we’ve seen many times before, the LiquidFuel website does not provide any information about who owns or operates the company.

Actually, at the date of publication of this review, the LiquidFuel website is nothing but an affiliate login page.

The LiquidFuel website domain was registered privately as “liquidfuel.io” on the 9^th of July, 2018.

LiquidFuel’s EULA implies that the company is a “licensee” of LFXCR International, SRL.

I couldn’t find any information about LFXCR International.

LiquidFuel has no retail products or services currently available for purchase.

Affiliates who sign up can only market the LiquidFuel affiliate membership.

The LiquidFuel Compensation Plan

Affiliates who join are required to pay a fee, which determines the amount of money that can be traded.

Entry – $500 annual fee plus $100 monthly fee (able to trade up to $5000)
Novice – $1000 annual fee plus $100 monthly fee (able to trade up to $15,000)
Intermediate – $2500 annual fee plus $100 monthly fee (able to trade up to $50,000)
Professional – $6500 annual fee (able to trade up to $100,000)

LiquidFuel Ranks

The LiquidFuel compensation plan features 6 affiliate ranks.

Each rank has its own qualification criteria, which are as follows:

Level 1 – Sign up as a LiquidFuel affiliate
Level 2 – Not provided
Level 3 – Generate $5000 or more in sponsored affiliate fee volume a month or sign up with a Pro Package
Level 4 – Generate $20,000 or more in sponsored affiliate fee volume a month
Level 5 – Purchase an Intermediate or higher package and generate $40,000 or more in sponsored affiliate fee volume a month
Level 6 – Purchase a Pro package and generate $80,000 or more in sponsored affiliate fee volume a month

You should note that sponsored affiliate fee volume is the whole downline, not just personally sponsored affiliates.

Referral Commissions

Cost to Join LiquidFuel

The cost to join LiquidFuel as an affiliate is the cost of a package:

Entry – $500 annually and $100 a month
Novice – $1000 annually and $100 a month
Intermediate – $2500 annually and $100 a month
Professional – $6500 annually

The amount a LiquidFuel affiliate spends on membership directly affects how much they can make.

I did see that there is also a Starter trial membership.

These trial LiquidFuel affiliate memberships expire in 14 days, following which, affiliates must purchase an annual package.

Verdict on LiquidFuel

Okay, now it’s time for my final verdict…

This company requires affiliates to give them access to money in order to perform trades through a bot.

In return, the company says it will generate passive income returns for its affiliates.

So, this means LiquidFuel is offering securities.

So, they should be properly registered with financial regulators, right?

Well, I couldn’t find any proof of this…

Another red flag is the following warning provided to affiliates who join LiquidFuel:

Starting the LiquidFuel algorithm on Binance may trade with YOUR FULL ACCOUNT BALANCE.

This means that any digital assets of cryptocurrencies in your exchange account on Binance may be traded, liquidated, or rebalanced automatically.

What does this mean?

It means that an affiliate could wake up one day to see that their entire balance has been liquidated without warning.

Meaning the owners of the company have likely cashed out and run with the money.

My advice here, folks?

Keep your money safe in your own account and wait for the next opportunity.

Turns out that might not just be a caffeine you’re feeling…

It’s OTHER drugs…

As part of a routine drug test as for a potential employer, a woman in New Zealand tested positive for amphetamines.

The test was carried out by Compliance Partners, who upon questioning the woman

concluded that the result was likely due to her consumption of Valentus SlimROAST coffee.

Upon submitting a SlimRoast sample to Compliance Partners for testing, they found Phenethylamine (PEA), and 1,3-dimethylamylamine (DMAA).

PEA is a stimulant in the amphetamine family which occurs in very small amounts in the human body, and in some foods like wine and chocolate.

It causes a short rush of dopamine to be released in the consumer, giving a general sense of stimulation and wellbeing.

DMAA is a stimulant which was once used a nasal decongestant, and it was a common active ingredient in party pills after benzylpiperizine (BZP) was banned in New Zealand.

Valentus confirmed SlimRoast contained PEA.

When pressed about DMHA, which is illegal in New Zealand, Valentus “did not respond”.

Another ingredient in SlimRoast, Octrodrine (DMAA), is only legally available in New Zealand via prescription.

Compliance Partners’ founding have prompted the New Zealand Customs and Ministry of Health to issue warnings regarding Valentus’ SlimRoast.

We urge New Zealanders to exercise extreme caution when it comes to buying dietary supplements and medicines online – you have no guarantee of what you’re actually getting.

While you may have every intent to buy legal products, it is important to scrutinise the ingredients – but this can prove difficult if banned substances are not explicitly listed.

It is not worth the risk, especially where your health is concerned.

Anyway, I personally do not recommend any products where the company isn’t transparent about their ingredients.

Plus, I would never want to drink ANYTHING that contains drugs like amphetamine.

Philip Han on Facebook identifies himself as the FX Trading Corp Global Master Distributor.

Right now I am not sure if he actually runs F2 Trading Corp, but looks like hes going to go full force with this one again.

Before getting involved with these trading companies, he was a distributor for a skin care network marketing company called Jeunesse.

As of right now, the F2 Trading Corp doesn’t exist outside of a Telegram group…

But that’s all I need to do a review on this company

F2 Trading Corp Reviews – The Products

F2 Trading Corp has no retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their F2 Trading Corp affiliate membership.

F2 Trading Corp Compensation Plan

F2 Trading Corp members invest into the company on a promise they can get up to 3% daily ROI for 200 days.

F100 – $100
F300 – $300
F500 – $500
F1000 – $1000
F3000 – $3000
F5000 – $5000
F10000 – $10,000
F20000 – $20,000
F30000 – $30,000
F50000 – $50,000

You can get a 6% referral commission on the funds invested by your personally sponsored members.

Withdrawal Restrictions in F2 Trading Corp

F2 Trading Corp members are restricted from withdrawing more than the following:

15% of daily returns/commissions
10% of weekly returns/commissions
7% of returns/commissions earned over a rolling 15 day period
3% of returns/commissions earned over a rolling thirty day period

Residual Commissions on Investments

To qualify for residual commissions, you must sponsor at least two people.

The commissions are paid through a binary compensation plan which can be filled directly or indirectly by team members.

At the end of each day, F2 Trading Corp checks and adds up all the investment volume on both legs and pays you 8% on the lesser leg.

Any left over volume is rolled over to the next day.

The maximum you commissions you can get is $30,000 per day.

Residual Commissions on Daily Returns

F2 Trading Corp pays these residuals through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

You can get paid over 10 levels in total and are capped at 2%.

The amount of levels you get paid will depend on the following:

Star 1 – Produce $3000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and qualify for level 1
Star 2 – Produce $10,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and qualify for levels 1 and 2

So does the F2 trading Corp scam exist?

Well…

Any company that promises any kind of returns is pretty much a scam…

FX Trading Corp was the same company but with a different name and that went under.

The business model has NOT changed one bit…

F2 Trading Corp claims all their external ROI is generated through trading bots.

We are an intelligent platform and we have a robot able of make thousands of daily operations with bitcoin and ethereum, our exchange has a database with more than 1,500,000 users.

This is obviously bullshit or FX Trading Corp would still be kicking in full gear…

The reason FX Trading Corp went down was that people stop recruiting and newly invested funds were paying existing members which was their “ROI” stuff.

Now with F2 Trading Corp, it’s going to be the same thing…

Once recruitment slows down the company will crash…

Anyway, I personally do not recommend this company at all…

Although, I did see that the Gains Systems’ website domain was registered privately as “gains.systems” on the 21^st of February, 2019.

I also came across an incorporation certificate dated May 14^th, 2019 from Hong Kong for Gains Systems Limited.

The cost to join Gains Systems as an affiliate is free and it seems that affiliates who choose not to invest can still earn referral commissions with a referral link.

In order to fully participate in the income program, a $10 minimum investment is required.

Okay, now it’s time for my final verdict…

Well, there are a few red flags here.

The first is that this company claims they generate external revenue through AI systems completing “more than 5000 transactions every day”…

The problem is that there is no proof that any such transactions are taking place.

The only source of revenue that can be verified is new investments from new affiliates.

When a company uses new investment to pay out ROI owed to existing affiliates, that makes it a Ponzi scheme…

So, my advice here is to think twice before investing your heard earned money with this company.

First things first, I couldn’t find any info on the Multiple TradeX website about the owner or operator of the business.

I did find a reference to “iprofit247.com” in the “about us” section on the company website, which seems to be a clone site.

While Multiple TradeX says it is registered in the US, I could only find a UK incorporation number for Minefield LTD.

Incorporated in 2009, the Minefield LTD incorporation was dissolved in January 2019.

Due to the fact that the Multiple TradeX and iProfit 24/7 website domains were registered privately in February and April 2019, it’s hard to know whether they are related to Minefield LTD in some way.

The Multiple TradeX’s website offers its content in English, Russian, Chinese and Vietnamese.

Multiple TradeX Reviews – The Products

Multiple TradeX does not offer any retail products or services to affiliates or retail customers.

Affiliates who join can only market the Multiple TradeX affiliate membership.

While free affiliates can still earn referral commissions, full participation in the whole income opportunity needs a minimum investment of 0.03 BTC.

Verdict on Multiple TradeX

Okay, now it’s time for my final verdict…

So, again we have a company claiming they are generating external revenue through “asset management” through “binary options, forex and bitcoin markets”…

Okay, great…so what’s the problem?

Well, the company makes no effort to prove their claims.

What’s more likely is that the company is using new investment to pay out owed ROI to existing affiliates…

And that, my friends, is not legal.

And as with many other companies following this model, as soon as recruitment slows down, so will incoming revenue…and ROIs will no longer be paid out.

So, my advice here is to wait for the next opportunity.

Xsinergia Review – The Company

Xsinergia Review

Xsinergia does not give any information on its website about the owner or operator of the company.

The Xsinergia website domain was registered privately as “xsinergia.com” on the 19^th of February, 2019.

Xsinergia’s Terms and Conditions lists a bunch of “Related companies”, which include Synergy of Assets and Partners S.L., Nousgo World Wide Traveling S.L. and TOR GLOBAL TRAVEL S.L.

A little more digging and I was able to uncover official Xsinergia marketing material that identifies Enrique de Mena as CEO of the company.

I was able to support this with a Facebook post from the Xsinergia page on June 12th, which says it’s a

100 percent Spanish Company with physical headquarters in Malaga, South of Spain.

While Xsinergia claims it is a Spanish company, Alexa currently lists Brazil (22%), Mexico (14%) and Iran (8%) as the top traffic sources to the Xsinergia website.

Xsinergia Reviews – The Products

Xsinergia trading

Xsinergia does not have any retail products or services to buy or sell.

Affiliates who join the company simply market the Xsinergia affiliate membership.

Xsinergia affiliate membership includes access to

an internal travel portal, through which Xsinergia affiliates can book travel;
various cryptocurrency, trading strategies, network marketing and business marketing courses; and
an internal e-commerce platform, through which Xsinergia affiliates can “buy high quality products”

The Xsinergia Compensation Plan

Xsinergia affiliates who want to earn through the compensation plan must invest bitcoin for a 200% ROI.

Xsinergia offers the following investment packages:

Start-up – $100
Beginner – $300
Intermediate – $500
Advanced – $1000
Professional – $3000
Master – $5000
Executive – $10,000
Investor – $20,000
Legend – $50,000

Once an affiliate reaches 200% in returns, they are required to reinvest in order to keep earning.

Xsinergia affiliates must also pay a 6% return and commission withdrawal fee.

Recruitment Commissions

Xsinergia affiliates earn commissions when they sponsor new investors.

The amount an affiliate can earn depends on which investment package a sponsored affiliate invests in:

Sponsor a Start-up, Beginner or Intermediate affiliate and receive a 6% commission
Sponsor an Advanced, Professional, Master or Executive affiliate and receive an 8% commission
Sponsor an Investor or Legend affiliate and receive a 10% commission

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions are tracked and paid through a binary compensation structure.

A binary compensation structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that divides into a left and right side.

Level one of the binary team holds 2 positions and level two is made by dividing the first 2 positions into another 2 positions each, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional binary team levels are made as needed, with every new level holding two times as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, with no limit as to how far the team can grow.

Xsinergia counts up new investment volume on each binary team side at the end of every day.

Residual commissions payments are 10% of the funds invested on the binary side that is weaker.

Daily residual commission rates are capped based on the highest package an affiliate has invested in.

As an example: Affiliates at the Professional rank can earn up to $3000 a day.

Once an affiliate receives their residual commissions from the weaker side, it is matched with volume on the stronger side and flushed.

Any volume that is leftover on the stronger binary team side is passed over to the next day.

Rank Bonuses

Affiliates can earn rewards when they qualify at ranks within their compensation plan:

Bronze (generate $1000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume) – no bonus
Silver (generate $5000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Bronze or higher ranked affiliates) – no bonus
Gold (generate $10,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Silver or higher ranked affiliates) – no bonus
Sapphire (generate $25,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Gold or higher ranked affiliates) – an iPhone XR
Ruby (generate $50,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Sapphire or higher ranked affiliates) – a MacBook laptop
Emerald (generate $100,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Ruby or higher ranked affiliates) – an “international trip for 2”
Diamond (generate $500,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Emerald or higher ranked affiliates) – a Mercedes Class A
Blue Diamond (generate $1,000,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Diamond or higher ranked affiliates) – a Mercedes Class C
Black Diamond (generate $3,000,000 in accumulated weaker binary team side volume and sponsor two Blue Diamond or higher ranked affiliates) – a Maseratti GT

Elite Travel Club

3% of company-wide investment volume is taken and placed into the Elite Travel Club.

Affiliates ranked at Emerald and higher get an equal allocation of the Elite Travel Club, which can be used to buy travel through Xsinergia’s internal travel portal.

Cost to Join Xsinergia

The cost to join Xsinergia as an affiliate is $15, followed by a $100 to $50,000 investment.

The amount a Xsinergia affiliate invests directly determines how much they can earn.

Verdict on Xsinergia

Okay, now it’s time for my final verdict…

This company claims it generates external income through a bot that conducts automated trades…

Is there any proof that these trades are taking place?

Nope.

And really, if you had a formula that allowed you to earn a guaranteed 3% daily return, would you really be sharing it with the world?

Probably not.

In the end, the only source of revenue is likely from new investment.

Which is then used to pay out ROI to existing affiliates.

Which is illegal.

So, my advice here is to keep your investment for another day…and another company.

This is one of the latest network marketing companies in the trading niche to pop up and I decided to take a look.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity or trading ROI and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is that I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Pay close attention and read this to the end!

As of right now there is NO information on the Cash FX Group’s website on who runs or owns the company.

I do know that the Cash FX Group domain “Cashfxgroup.com” was privately registered on March 4th, 2019.

Full name: Cash Forex Group

Unfortunately there is nothing else out there…

Cash Forex Group Review

Cash FX Group has no retails products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

Once you do get started, you can invest money into the company and also get access to their “Trade Academy Education Packages”.

Once that happens, you have to reinvest in the packages again if you want to make returns.

There is a 20% withdrawal fee where 50% of that goes to funding the residual matrix commissions.

Cash FX Group Ranks

There are seven ranks in total within the Cash FX Group compensation plan.

Below is the breakdown on how to hit them:

Affiliate – Get Started and invest in a Cash FX Group package
Executive – Maintain a 1K (500 PV) or higher investment package, sponsor and maintain three active investors and generate 7000 GV
Manager – Maintain a 1K (500 PV) or higher investment package, sponsor and maintain two Executive or higher ranked affiliates and generate 25,000 GV
Director – Maintain a 1K (500 PV) or higher investment package, sponsor and maintain two Manager or higher ranked affiliates and generate 100,000 GV
President Club – Maintain a 1K (500 PV) or higher investment package, sponsor and maintain three Director or higher ranked affiliates and generate 500,000 GV
Ambassador – Maintain a 1K (500 PV) or higher investment package, sponsor and maintain three President Club or higher ranked affiliates and generate 2,000,000 GV
Global Ambassador – Maintain a 1K (500 PV) or higher investment package, sponsor and maintain two Ambassador or higher ranked affiliates and generate 5,000,000 GV

PV Stand for personal volume and below is the package to PV rate:

300 package = 150 PV
500 package = 250 PV
1K package = 500 PV
2K package = 1000 PV
5K package = 2500 PV
10K package = 5000 PV
20K package = 10,000 PV
30K package = 15,000 PV
50K package = 25,000 PV
100K package = 50,000 PV

Sponsoring Commissions

Cash FX Group pays 50% commissions on the invested funds by personally sponsored members.

This 50% is towards the PV produced through the Academy Pack investment.

So Sponsoring a 500 package member produces 250 PV which pays out $125 commission.

Residual Commissions Unilevel Structure

Cash FX Group pays some of their residuals through the unilevel compensation plan.

The number of levels you get paid will depend on your rank:

Regular affiliates earn 10% on levels 1 to 4
Executive ranked affiliates earn 10% on level 1 to 4 and 20% on levels 5 and 6
Manager ranked affiliates earn 10% on levels 1 to 4, 20% on level 5 and 6 and 5% on levels 7 and 8
Director ranked affiliates earn 10% on levels 1 to 4, 20% on levels 5 and 6, 5% on levels 7 and 8 and 5% on level 9
President Club ranked affiliates earn 10% on levels 1 to 4, 20% on levels 5 and 6, 5% on levels 7 and 8, 5% on levels 9 and 10 and 1% from level 11 onward
Ambassador ranked affiliates earn 10% on levels 1 to 4, 20% on levels 5 and 6, 5% on levels 7 and 8, 5% on levels 9 and 10 and 1.5% from level 11 onward
Global Ambassador ranked affiliates earn 10% on levels 1 to 4, 20% on levels 5 and 6, 5% on levels 7 and 8, 5% on level 9 and 1% on level 10
Ambassador ranked affiliates earn 10% on levels 1 to 4, 20% on levels 5 and 6, 5% on levels 7 and 8, 5% on levels 9 and 10 and 2% from level 11 onward

Residual Commissions Matrix Structure

Cash FX Group pays some of their residuals through a 3×10 matrix compensation plan.

This can be filled directly or indirectly and is funded by the withdrawal fee’s.

The amount of levels you get paid will depend on how much you invested:

Invest at the 300 or 500 package tiers and earn 3% on levels 1 to 3
Invest at the 1K package tier and earn 3% on levels 1 to 3 and 5% on level 4
Invest at the 2K package tier and earn 3% on levels 1 to 3, 5% on level 4 and 6% on level 5
Invest at the 5K package tier and earn 3% on levels 1 to 3, 5% on level 4, 6% on level 5 and 10% on level 6
Invest at the 10K package tier and earn 3% on levels 1 to 3, 5% on level 4, 6% on level 5, 10% on level 6 and 30% on level 7
Invest at the 20K package tier and earn 3% on levels 1 to 3, 5% on level 4, 6% on level 5, 10% on level 6, 30% on level 7 and 20% on level 8
Invest at the 30K or higher tiers and earn 3% on levels 1 to 3, 5% on level 4, 6% on level 5, 10% on level 6, 30% on level 7, 20% on level 8 and 10% on levels 9 and 10

You can also get a 10% matching bonus on the residual commissions earned by you personally sponsored members.

Leadership Bonuses

For Executive and higher ranked members inside of Cash FX Group, you can get leadership bonuses.

However, there is no real information on this as of right now.

Cost To Join Cash FX Group

Cash FX Group membership is tied to a $300 to $100,000 investment.

Once the 200% or 400% return has been produced, you must reinvest in order to make money…

Final Verdict

So does the Cash FX Group scam exist?

Well they claim their external ROI revenue is through trading systems and algorithms.

However, they don’t show you any proof of this happening.

Plus, we don’t even know who is running the company so how could we trust their word anyway?

If they did figure out how to generated this crazy 200%+ ROI, they don’t need investments from affiliates.

A small bank loan will do to make them rich.

Because of the lack of proof, it looks like newly invested funds are paying off existing members making this nothing more than a ponzi scheme.

I do not recommend this company unless they can back up their claims…

Or is this the first time you’ve even seen its name?

Either way, you are most likely here because you want to know more about it, right?

Well, you’re in the right place!

In this review, I will go over the company’s background, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, so you can make the most informed choice of whether to join or not.

Let’s get started!

Neworkoin Review – The Company

Newworkoin review

Based out of Malta, Neworkoin works within the MLM cryptocurrency niche.

Leading the company is founder and President, Andor Viragh.

Viragh’s Facebook profile states that he launched Neworkoin in September 2018.

Before Neworkoin (back in 2014), Viragh was endorsing Enagic’s Kangen water filters.

Neworkoin Reviews – The Products

Neworkoin products

Neworkoin does not have any retail products or services to offer affiliates or retail customers.

Affiliates who sign up can only market the Neworkoin affiliate membership.

Other MLM Reviews:

The Neworkoin Compensation Plan

When Neworkoin affiliates join, they are required to invest in NWK virtual tokens.

Start – Invest €100 and receive 100 NWK tokens
Connect – Invest €250 and receive 250 NWK tokens
Partner – Invest €500 and receive 500 NWK tokens
Access – Invest €1000 and receive 1000 NWK tokens
Premium – Invest €3000 and receive 3000 NWK tokens
Builder – Invest €5000 and receive 5000 NWK tokens
Pro – Invest €10,000 and receive 10,000 NWK tokens

From what I can tell, it seems that the NWK token investment is “locked” for 52 weeks, after which affiliates are paid a return (supposedly coming from “profits of the company”).

In week 52 Neworkoin gives you privileged actions.

This means the opportunity to share in company profits.

Or in the alternative Neworkoin is committed to buy back (your tokens) at the purchase value.

I also found mentions of “preferred shares” and a “grant program” within the compensation, but no further details are given.

License Commissions

Every investment package includes e-commerce platform merchant licenses.

Start – 3 basic licenses (50% return)
Connect – 8 basic licenses (60% return)
Partner – 18 basic licenses (80% return)
Access – 40 basic licenses (100% return)
Premium – 15 basic licenses (125% return)
Builder – 22 basic licenses (150% return)
Pro – 30 basic licenses (200% return)

Returns come on the condition that all of the bundled e-commerce platform licenses are sold to merchants.

There are no more details provided about the licenses.

Recruitment Commissions (unilevel)

Recruitment commissions are tracked and paid through a unilevel compensation structure, which puts an affiliate at the top of a unilevel team that places every personally sponsored affiliate immediately under them on level 1.

When level 1 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 2nd level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When level 2 affiliates sponsor new affiliates, they are put on the 3^rd level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.

Unilevel levels are capped by the company at five.

Affiliates receive their unilevel recruitment commissions as a percentage of the packages that affiliates have invested in across these 5 levels:

Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 5%
Level 2 – 2%
Levels 3 to 5 – 1%

Access, Premium and Builder package affiliates earn 8%
Pro package affiliates earn 10%

Binary Bonus

Affiliates can earn the Neworkoin Binary Bonus twice, at 32 and 52 weeks after they invest.

At 32 weeks, the affiliate earns a bonus equal to what they’ve earned in residual binary commissions up to that point.

At 52 weeks, Premium package affiliates earn the 32-week bonus again.

Builder and Pro package affiliates earn 2x the 32-week bonus.

Cost to Join Neworkoin

The cost to join Neworkoin as an affiliate is €50 EUR.

Verdict on Neworkoin

Now does the Neworkoin scam exist?

So, what are we dealing with here?

Once you join, you are told to pay real money in exchange for tokens…

What’s the problem with that?

Well, these tokens hold no value outside of the company itself.

So, that means if the company were to go under, you would be left with a bunch of worthless tokens and a lost investment.

I couldn’t find any mention of an internal exchange, so it’s not clear if affiliates can even sell their tokens back or not.

The company also says that they pay their returns with “profits of the company”.

But where is this money coming from? There are no details given.

The truth is more likely that the company is using new investment and membership fees to pay out ROIs to existing affiliates.

So when new recruits stop signing up (and this almost always happens) new investment will also stop, and so will ROIs.

So, my advice here is to wait for another opportunity to come your way.

This company has been gaining some crazy traction so I decided to take a look to see what it was all about.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

At first glance, Cloud Token has no information on who runs or owns the company.

I did take a look at the Cloud Token website domain “cloudtokenwallet.com” and found out it was privately registered on January 27th, 2019.

There are marketing videos on the Cloud Token website that are in Chinese.

In one of the marketing videos, it shows Sheng Zhao and Simon Tran presented as big names behind Cloud Token.

Sheng Zhao is actually one of the World Blockchain forum co-founders.

Other names credited in English are Ronald Aai and Daniel Csokas.

There isn’t much information on these individuals other than Tran promoted a company called Plus Token and before that Enagic.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company, let’s take a look at the products next…

Cloud Token Reviews – The Products

Cloud Token Products

Cloud Token has no retail products or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership…

Cloud Token Compensation Plan

Cloud Token members invest $500 or more in CTO Tokens.

In return that will get a promise ROI of 10 to 15% per month (according to the company).

Commissions are paid when Cloud Token members sponsor people who invest.

This is paid through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

The number of levels you get paid will depend how many Cloud Token members you sponsor:

Sponsor one affiliate investor to unlock level 1
Sponsor two affiliate investors to unlock level 2
Sponsor three affiliate investors to unlock level 3
Sponsor four affiliate investors to unlock level 4
Sponsor five affiliate investors to unlock level 5
Sponsor six affiliate investors to unlock level 6
Sponsor seven affiliate investors to unlock level 7

Cloud Token gives you an extra 5% when you produce $200,000 in unilevel investment volume.

This also qualifies you for C1 which I get into next…

Generation Bonus

Cloud Token defines a generation when there is the same or higher ranked member in a unilevel leg.

That will cap you at the first generation.

Generation Bonus is paid on ROI’s given in the first generation up until the C1 or higher ranked member.

Below is the breakdown:

C1 affiliates gets the Generation Bonus up until a C1 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg
C2 affiliates must produce three C1 affiliates each in separate unilevel team legs, and receive the Generation Bonus up until a C2 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg
C3 affiliates must produce three C2 affiliates each in separate unilevel team legs, and receive the Generation Bonus up until a C3 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg
C4 affiliates must produce three C3 affiliates each in separate unilevel team legs, and receive the Generation Bonus up until a C4 or higher ranked affiliate is found in a unilevel team leg

There is a C5 rank which applies to revenue share only.

Revenue Share Bonus

To hit C5, you must produce three C4 member on separate unilevel team legs.

Once you are a C5, you can get an extra 5% revenue share on company wide investment volume.

This is divided between ALL C5 members in the company.

Cost To Join Cloud Token

Cloud Token membership is actually free, but if you want to be part of the investment opportunity, you must drop at least $500.

Final Verdict

So does the Cloud Token Scam exist?

Looks like this Mobile App based crypto MLM’s are getting popular.

I have seen companies like Plus Token, Super CodingFly and WoToken launch.

Cloud Token is pretty much the same…

The problem with Cloud Token any all of those companies is the fact that these Altcoin are useless outside of the company.

There is no reveal value other than what Cloud Token deems worthy.

CTO doesn’t cost Cloud Token a dime to produce…

Apparently Cloud Token produces all the external ROI through Jarvis AI bot…

However, couldn’t find any proof of this…

Because of that all I see happening here is newly invested funds are paying off existing members.

Which makes this nothing more than a ponzi scheme…

Once the hype goes down, so will the company.

Because of that I personally do not recommend this company in my opinion.

There has been some buzz about this company in the crypto space and I decided to find out what it was all about.

Chances are someone approached you about the business opportunity and you landed here to make sure it’s legit.

The good news is I am going to walk you through the company, products and compensation plan so you can make the right decision.

Moonberg for some odd reason doesn’t have any information on their website on who runs or owns the company.

I did find that the Moonberg’s website domain “moonberg.io” was privately registered on January 11th, 2019.

Bitdepositary Ltd. is listed as the owner with an address in Malta, however, it’s not complete.

Bitdepositary promotes themselves as a “decentralized crypto finance marketplace”.

They use BDT and BDT20 tokens through their services.

It looks like Moonberg is just a spin off project from Bitdepositary.

Anyway, that’s all I got on the company…

Moonberg has no retail produces or services, but you can promote the affiliate membership.

Once you purchase them, you can get a promised ROI through a period of time.

The amount of returns you get paid will depend on how long you keep the Mooncoins into the company:

Invest for 120 days and receive 50% of generated returns
Invest for 180 days and receive 60% of generated returns
Invest for 240 days and receive 70% of generated returns

Moonberg membership is actually free, however, you have to put in at least $25 in MoonCoins to be part of the investment opportunity.

Final Verdict

So does the Moonberg scam exist?

Well let’s take a look at the facts…

We don’t know who runs or owns the company which is red flag number one.

Two, we don’t know how they are generated their external revenue and show no proof of this which is another redflag.

They talk about their Moonberg shadow trader a lot, but again…

We need proof it in action…

Three, if they really did figure out the ROI’s they can generate, they would never need investments from affiliates.

A small bank loan will do and they could make millions.

Moonberg seems to be a reboot of a company called BitConnect.

And look where they went…

In fact, the FBI is investigating them as we speak.

So do you really want to be part of an illegal ponzi scheme?

I think not…

Anyway, I personally do not recommend Moonberg in my humble opinion.

And that reason is you want to know more about it, right? You want to know if this is a legit opportunity for you to make some real money.

In this review, I will discuss the company’s background, products, compensation plan, and cost to join, so you can make a better-informed decision for you and your investment.

So, let’s get to it.

CryptoTrain Trading Review – The Company

I couldn’t find any real, solid information on the CryptoTrain Trading website about who owns or operates the company.

I was able to ascertain that the CryptoTrain Trading website domain was registered as “cryptotrain.trade” on the 16^th of May, 2019.

However, the domain was registered without completed details.

The CryptoTrain Trading website does provide a UK incorporation certificate, but that does little to prove its legitimacy due to the fact that UK incorporation is very cheap and mostly unregulated.

Along with the incorporation certificate is a claim that someone who goes by “CEO Dr Jacob Hann” was the one who founded CryptoTrain Trading.

Other than that, I couldn’t find any other information about Hann.

Currently, Alexa identifies South Africa as the largest traffic source to the CryptoTrain Trading website at 43%.

What this likely means is that whoever is running the company probably lives and operates from South Africa.

CryptoTrain Trading does not have any retail products or services for sale.

Affiliates who join the company can market the CryptoTrain affiliate membership.

Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 11%
Level 2 – 5%
Level 3 – 4%
Level 4 – 3%
Level 5 – 2%

Affiliates can earn an extra 1% if any of the affiliates put in the first 5 levels of the unilevel team are from upline sponsorship efforts.

Residual Commissions (binary)

Residual commissions are also tracked and paid through a binary compensation structure.

This structure puts an affiliate at the top of a binary team that divides into a left and right side.

Level one of the binary team holds 2 positions and level two is made by dividing the first 2 positions into another 2 positions, for a total of 4 positions.

Additional binary team levels are made as needed, with every new level holding twice as many positions as the level before it.

Binary team positions are filled through direct and indirect sponsorship of affiliates, with no limit as to how far the team can grow.

CryptoTrain Trading counts up new investment volume on each side of the binary team at the end of every day.

Affiliates earn residual binary commissions as 10% of investment volume accumulated on the weaker side of the binary team.

Once an affiliate is paid, that investment volume is matched to the stronger side and then flushed.

Any volume that is left on the stronger side of the binary team is carried over.

Career Bonus

Affiliates can earn rewards when they meet rank qualification criteria:

Bronze (generate $5000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $500
Silver (generate $15,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $1500
Gold (generate $40,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $4000 or a MacBook
Sapphire (generate $100,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $10,000 or a “trip”
Ruby (generate $250,000 in weaker binary team side volume) – $25,000 “towards a car”

Cost to Join CryptoTrain Trading

The cost to join CryptoTrain Trading as an affiliate is free.

If you want to fully participate in the entire opportunity, it will require a minimum investment of $30.

Verdict on CryptoTrain Trading

Alright, so we got to the end and now it’s time for a final verdict…

This company says they generate external revenue through automated cryptocurrency trades…

The problem is that there is no evidence that any trading is taking place.

The fact is, the only source of income that can actually be verified is investment coming from new affiliates…

But when new investment is used to pay out ROIs owed to existing affiliates, that is what is known as a Ponzi scheme.

Not exactly legal.

So, what is likely to happen here is when recruitment dies down, money will not longer be coming into the company.

When that happens, ROIs will stop being paid and affiliates will start to jump ship, leading to the collapse of the company.

So, my advice here is to hold on to your investment and keep looking.

The Miracle System’s website domain was registered privately as “miraclesocialmediasystem.com” on the 27^th of October, 2018.

A little more digging and I was able to find that the official Miracle Media Facebook group was created “about 3 months ago” by someone named Domonique Barbee

Barbee can also be seen throughout Miracle System’s marketing material.

Before Miracle System, Barbee promoted Fearless Momma and Click Funnels and the following:

Miracle System does not have any retail products or services to offer.

After signing up, affiliates can market the Miracle System affiliate membership.

Miracle System affiliate membership includes a variety of digital marketing products and advertising credits.

Miracle System Compensation Plan

New affiliates who join Miracle System are required to donate funds to existing Miracle System affiliates across 17 tiers:

Housing Bank – $100 a month
Taxes Bank – $100 a month
Car Expenses Bank – $100 a month
Fun Bank – $100 a month
Child Care Bank – $100 a month
Clothing Bank – $100 a month
Vacation Bank – $100 a month
Health Insurance Bank – $100 a month
Life Insurance Bank – $100 a month
Entrepreneur Bank – $100 a month
Personal Development Bank – $100 a month

Although each tier is specifically named, donations that are collected can be put towards anything.

Miracle System tracks donations through a 1-up compensation model.

A 1-up compensation model has donations from a Miracle System affiliate’s first sponsor passed up to the affiliate who sponsored them.

From the second sponsored affiliate onward, the sponsoring affiliate keeps all donations.

Residual donation payments are accumulated when sponsored affiliates pass up their first sponsor.

This type of pass-up model hypothetically generates donation payments down never-ending levels of sponsorship.

Affiliates can only receive donations payments on tiers they have personally already donated into.

If a sponsored affiliate donates funds into a tier the affiliate who sponsored them hasn’t donated into, that donation payment is passed upline to the first affiliate who has donated into that tier.

The maximum potential donation payment per affiliate sponsored is $1725 a month.

This amount goes up based on sponsorship of new Miracle System affiliates (direct and residual pass-up donation payments).

Cost to Join Miracle System

The cost to join Miracle System as an affiliate is a minimum $100 donation payment.

Complete participation in Miracle System will cost $1725 a month, in addition to a $10 monthly admin fee.

Final Verdict

Alright, so we’re at the end and now it’s time for a final verdict…

So is the Miracle System scam exist?

Well, personally I think it’s pretty cool, however, when it comes to the governments eyes, it’s not a legit business model.

In order to make this legit, they need to offer actual retail products or services which can be physical or digital.

There has to be retail sales incentives so it stays out of pyramid scheme territory.

Also, FTC doesn’t like pay to play anymore…

Because of that I personally can’t recommend it, however, if it was up to me I really don’t care as long as it works.

So verdict is, it’s a cool program, but the FTC won’t like it…

Farm Mining has no information on the website on who runs or owns the company.

I do know that the Farm Mining’s website “Farm-mining.com” was privately registered on June 2nd, 2019.

They also have a UK certificate for incorporation…

However, that really doesn’t give it any credibility because most scam website can get those no problem.

At the time of this blog post, most of the traffic is coming from Brazil (22%), Iran (12%) and India (11%).

There is a possibility that the real admins of the company are from one of those countries.

Farm Mining Reviews – The Products

Farm Mining investments

Farm Mining has no retail products or services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their membership.

Farm Mining Compensation Plan

Farm Mining members invest bitcoin into the company on a promise they will get a monthly ROI for 360 days:

Plan A – Invest 0.0005 BTC and receive 0.0006 BTC a month
Plan B – Invest 0.2 BTC and receive 0.2244 BTC a month
Plan C – Invest 0.5 BTC and receive 0.612 BTC a month

Referral Commissions

Farm Mining pay referral commissions when you sponsor new members into the company through a unilevel compensation plan structure.

Farm Mining caps their unilevel at 10 levels deep.

Residuals are paid as a percentage of the funds invested across ten levels:

Level 1 (personally sponsored affiliates) – 8%
Level 2 to 5 – 3%
Level 6 to 10 – 1%

Cost To Join Farm Mining

The membership will run you anywhere between a 0.0005 to 0.5 BTC investment.

Final Verdict

Farm Mining apparently says they generate “real incomes from 3% to 4% per day” through their “team in Financial Market”.

Then they claim their returns are generated through mining rigs with crypto currency.

Which is it? Lol.

As soon as you’ve set up your account, you can start to mine your first coins using our Bitcoin cloud mining service!

Regardless of their claims, they have no evidence of any of that happening.

Only income source I see is newly invested funds are paying off existing members which makes this more then a ponzi scheme.

Now you know why the admin(s) are hiding lol.

Once this goes under, they will pop up another one…

To start, I discovered that the Investimento Bitcoin website does not provide any information about who owns or operates the company.

I did learn that the Investimento Bitcoin website domain was registered privately as “investimentobitcoin.com” on the 18^th of March, 2019.

At the time of writing this review, Alexa lists Brazil as the top traffic source to the Investimento Bitcoin website (94%).

This likely means that whoever is operating Investimento Bitcoin is probably based out of Brazil.

Investimento Bitcoin products

Investimento Bitcoin does not currently have any retail products or services to offer.

Once an affiliate joins, they simply market the Investimento Bitcoin affiliate membership.

The Investimento Bitcoin Compensation Plan

Investimento Bitcoin affiliates are required to invest funds for a 300-day return.

Invest $50 to $4999 and receive a 1% daily return
Invest $5000 to $9999 and receive a 1.25% daily return
Invest $10,000 to $49,999 and receive a 1.5% daily return
Invest $50,000 to $99,999 and receive a 1.75% daily return
Invest $100,000 to $500,000 and receive a 2% daily return

Referral Commissions

This company claims that they generate external income through binary and forex trading…

But as with so many companies who make these claims, the problem arises when asked for proof…

Of which there isn’t any…

So, what does that leave us with?

More likely than not, the only real revenue source is from new affiliate investment…

Using new investment to pay ROI to existing affiliates is the definition of a Ponzi scheme.

These types of companies are dependant on continuous recruitment, so when recruitment numbers start to go down, so will incoming funds.

This will lead to an eventual total collapse.

So, my advice here is to hold on to your money and keep on searching!
