iCoin Market Review – The Company
The company website does not provide any information about who owns or operates the business.
The iCoin Market website domain was registered for the first time as “icoinmarket.com” in April of 2013.
The details of the domain registration were updated on the 8th of May, 2017, which likely means that is when the current owner(s) took possession of it.
I found a Hong Kong address on the iCoin Market website, which is the same address that appears on the Click Intensity website.
Click Intensity is a business that was launched in early 2016 by Nick Johnson.
Since the launch, Johnson continues to be active on social media, promoting several companies that he’s launched.
Click Intensity began its decline approximately a year after launch, which Johnson then followed up by launching Ads Cash Coin.
Johnson used this new company to offload generated Ads Cash Coin points onto affiliates of Click Intensity.
Pre-launch saw affiliates purchasing points at 2 cents a point, but were told that the value of their Ads Cash Coin points would rise:
to 0.25 cents to 0.50 cents just within launch and then easy to a $1 in 90 days of launch and then up to $10-$25 in 12 months thereafter to 24 months.
As of July, 2017, the value of an Ads Cash Coin point was just 10.5 cents.
Affiliates were demanding answers and the company was looking to recoup their losses, so in mid June, Johnson announced the launch of iCoin Market.
iCoin Market Reviews – The Products
iCoin Market does not have any retail products or services to offer.
Affiliates who join iCoin Market simply market the affiliate membership.
The iCoin Market Compensation Plan
iCoin Market affiliates who want to take part in the compensation plan must invest funds for ROIs of up to 300%.
- Aggressive – Receive 60% of profits generated after 3 months
- Distributed – Receive 40% of profits generated after 6 months
- Safe – Receive 30% of profits generated after 12 months
- Stable – Receive 20% of profits generated after 18 months
- Fixed – Receive 10% of profits generated after 24 months
Half of generated ROIs are paid out in bitcoin, which the other half is paid in Ads Cash Coin.
Referral commissions that are earned on invested funds are paid out down 3 levels of sponsorship(unilevel):
- Level 1 (Personally sponsored affiliates) – 10% (must invest at least $100 to qualify)
- Level 2 – 3% (Must invest at least $1000 to qualify)
- Level 3 – 2% (Must invest at least $10,000 to qualify)
Cost To Join iCoin Market
The cost to join iCoin Market as an affiliate is free, but free affiliates cannot earn MLM referral commissions.
In order to qualify for MLM commissions, affiliates must invest a minimum of $1000.
To fully participate in the company income opportunity, affiliates are required to invest at least $10,000.
Verdict on iCoin Market
As we’ve seen so many times before, here we have another MLM company that has no real products or services to offer…
So what does this mean?
It means that the only way to keep this company afloat is by recruiting more and more affiliates who will invest their own funds to join…
And that is the only way to pay ROIs to affiliates who joined earlier…
But it is virtually impossible to keep recruitment numbers as high as when a company first launches…
And when recruitment numbers decrease, so will investment…
Then affiliates will start looking elsewhere for a more constant stream of income, causing the company to close its doors…
So please keep that in mind if you are considering this company…
