ATC Coin Review – The Company

ATC Coin Review

This company provides little to no information on their website about who owns or operates the business.

A little digging revealed that ATC Coin website domain “atccoin.com” was registered privately on the 1st day of March, 2017.

There is a page on the businesses website titled “legend’s involvement” that alleges that Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Eric Schmidt, Peter Thiel, and Richard Branson are a part of the company.

No evidence is provided to prove that any of the individuals mentioned above have any involvement.

On the ATC Coin website they have provided a UK incorporated document for ATC Coin LTD.

The incorporation of ATC Coin LTD took place in the UK on the 11th day of May, 2017.

The sole Director of the company is listed to be Subhash Jewria, by a virtual mailing address operated by Garden Studios.

Jewria gives his location as Mumbai, India on his facebook profile, which is likely where the company is actually operating from.

Before launching this business in March, Jewria was advertising My Money Seva, along with advertising “payment solutions” to MLM businesses.

It turns out that My Money Seva is a local e-commerce discount platform, and ATC Coin appears to be Jewria’s first MLM launch with an executive status.

ATC Coin – The Products

ATC Coin does not offer any retail products or services.

Affiliates can only market the company affiliate membership itself.

The ATC Coin Compensation Plan

The company’s affiliates invest in ATC Coin on the assumption that they’ll be able to sell the coins later at a higher value.

The affiliates of the company provide ₹100,000 INR ($1544 USD) and get 50,000 ATCC upfront, in addition to 4500 ATCC per month for eighteen months.

Residual commissions on money invested by sponsored affiliates are paid out through a unilevel compensation structure.

This type of compensation structure puts an affiliate at the very top of a unilevel team, with each personally sponsored affiliate set right under them on level one.

When a level one affiliate sponsors a new affiliate, they will be placed on the second level of the original affiliate’s unilevel team.

When a level two affiliate sponsors a new affiliate, they will be placed on the third level, and this continues on down as many levels as are needed.

The company gives a percentage of money invested by affiliates in a unilevel team, depending on which level of the unilevel team the affiliate is at:

Level 1 (Personally sponsored affiliates) = 10%
Levels 2 & 3 = 3%
Levels 4 to 8 = 2%
Levels 9 to 11 = 1.5%

The businesses affiliates can raise the percentage given out on levels 7, 9, & 11 provided the following qualification criteria is met:

Have a downline of a minimum of 28 affiliates who have invested = level 7 percentage rises to 8%
Have a downline of a minimum of 512 affiliates who have invested = level 9 percentage rises to 6.5%
Have a downline of a minimum of 2048 affiliates who have invested = level 11 percentage rises to 5%

“Cashback payments” are also provided as residual commission, depending on which level of the unilevel team the cashback was developed from:

Level 1 = 5%
Level 2 = 4%
Level 3 = 3%
Level 4 = 2%
Levels 5 to 11 = 1%

The company website does not give any information on how affiliates get cashback.

Recruitment Rewards

The business rewards affiliates who sponsor downlines in this fashion:

Have a downline of a minimum of 8 affiliates who have invested = ₹500,000 INR ($7720 USD) & a “personnel [sic] accident policy”
Have a downline of a minimum of 16 affiliates who have invested = ₹100,000 INR ($1544 USD) & a “family floter mediclame policy” [sic]
Have a downline of a minimum of 32  affiliates who have invested = a “2 day education tour”
Have a downline of a minimum of 64 affiliates who have invested = “monthly core group meeting with gala dinner”
Have a downline of a minimum of 256 affiliates who have invested = 4 nights, 5 days Thailand tour
Have a downline of a minimum of 1024 affiliates who have invested = a Singapore tour with family
Have a downline of a minimum of 4096 affiliates who have invested = London Europe tour
Have a downline of a minimum of 8192 affiliates who have invested = Fortuner SUV
Have a downline of a minimum of 16,384 affiliates who have invested = Mercedes car
Have a downline of a minimum of 32,768 affiliates who have invested = Jaguar car

Cost to Join ATC Coin

The cost to join ATC Coin as an affiliate is a contribution of ₹100,000 INR ($1544 USD).

Verdict on ATC Coin

One of the biggest red flags with this business is the fact that they deal in a cryptocurrency that doesn’t seem to have any value outside the company itself…

The company claims that these coins are an investment and that the value will increase overtime…

However, the current value of the coin is nowhere near the projections the company put out when they first launched…

ATC Coin also claims that these coins can be used to purchase items on an e-commerce platform…

But there is also a lack of evidence that this is true…

So, with all of this in mind, it seems that this company is nothing more than an investment in a valueless cryptocurrency that can only be traded within the company itself…

So, my advice here is to join at your own risk with the knowledge that you may lose out on your investment…
